學(xué)校簡介
北京師范大學(xué)亞太實驗學(xué)校是一所由北京師范大學(xué)主辦、北京市西城區(qū)教育委員會管理的全學(xué)段、具有招收外籍學(xué)生資格的實驗性、創(chuàng)新型民辦學(xué)校。學(xué)校前身為1992年在原國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人關(guān)懷下成立并發(fā)展起來的對外貿(mào)易經(jīng)濟合作部職工子弟學(xué)校。2001年北京師范大學(xué)正式接管，成為北京師范大學(xué)為基礎(chǔ)教育服務(wù)的重要的實驗與示范基地。截至2017年7月有教學(xué)班68個，在校學(xué)生近2300人，教職員工300余人。
Sponsored by Beijing Normal University and also managed by Xicheng District Education Commission of Beijing, the Asia-Pacific Experimental School of Beijing Normal University is an experimental and innovative private school, which covers all learning phases and also has the qualification to recruit foreign students. It was previously known as The School for the Children of Workers and Staff Members of The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, which was founded and developed in 1992 with the support of former state leaders. However, in 2001, Beijing Normal University formally took over and it became an important experimental and demonstration center for Beijing Normal University to serve the basic education. As of July 2017, it boasts of 68 teaching classes, more than 2,300 students and over 300 faculty members.
學(xué)校位于北京中軸線的北延長線，北京未來科技城延展地帶。學(xué)校文化底蘊豐厚，學(xué)術(shù)氛圍濃厚，環(huán)境優(yōu)雅，占地面積80000平方米，建筑面積45000平方米，包括教學(xué)樓、實驗樓、科技樓、信息中心、學(xué)生宿舍樓等建筑，國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)田徑場、體育館、游泳館等完備的體育設(shè)施資源，藏書豐富的圖書資源中心及各種學(xué)科教室，為學(xué)生全面發(fā)展提供了廣闊的空間。
Located in the north extension of the central axis of Beijing and the extension zone of Beijing Future Science and Technology City, this school has a rich cultural background, strong academic atmosphere as well as an elegant environment. It covers an area of 80,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 45,000 square meters. Additionally, it boasts of its buildings, such as the teaching building, laboratory building, technological building, information center, student dormitory building, complete sports facilities including ground track field conforming to the international standard, gymnasium, swimming pool, well-stocked library resources center as well as classrooms of different disciplines, which provide a wide space for the all-round development of students.

In the past 25 years, the school has consistently adhered to the guiding ideology of "fully implementing the educational policy, being geared towards the needs of all students and being fully responsible for its students”. The school has carried out the educational concept of "being people-oriented, serving the society, pursuing development and applying to development”. Being the important base of Beijing Normal University for research and reform in fundamental education, the school adopts the philosophy of "Implementing the Educational Policies of the State Thoroughly, Facing to All Students, Prioritizing the Overall Well-being of Students", It implements the educational concepts of "Cultivating Students, Serving Society, Pursuing Development, and Having the Courage to Make Innovation". In accordance with these concepts, the school formulates its motto as "Virtue, Erudition, Beauty, Innovation", and establishes an administrative model as "Research as a Forerunner, Teaching and Education as a Core, Logistic as Guarantee, and Quality Control".
