　　悉尼大學(xué)（英語(yǔ)：The University of Sydney），簡(jiǎn)稱悉大、USYD，是位于澳大利亞悉尼的公立研究型大學(xué)。學(xué)校創(chuàng)立于1850年，是澳大利亞歷史最悠久的大學(xué)，為南半球首屈一指的學(xué)術(shù)殿堂和世界著名的高等學(xué)府。

　　The University of Sydney (USYD, or informally Sydney Uni) is a public research university located in Sydney, Australia. Founded in 1850, it is Australia's first university and is regarded as one of the world's leading universities. The university is one of Australia's six sandstone universities. The university comprises eight academic faculties and university schools, through which it offers bachelor, master and doctoral degrees.

　　悉尼大學(xué)目前名列2022年QS世界大學(xué)排名第38名、2021年泰晤士高等教育世界大學(xué)排名第51名、2021年US News世界大學(xué)排名第27名。其中悉尼大學(xué)商學(xué)院在《經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)人》亞太二十五大商學(xué)院排名第15名，同時(shí)也是獲得商學(xué)院三重認(rèn)證的全球頂尖商學(xué)院。根據(jù)2022年QS畢業(yè)生就業(yè)力排名，悉尼大學(xué)緊隨麻省理工學(xué)院、史丹佛大學(xué)和加州大學(xué)洛杉磯分校之后，高居世界第四位。

　　The QS World University Rankings ranked the university as one of the world's top 25 universities for academic reputation, and top 4 in the world and first in Australia for graduate employability. It is one of the first universities in the world to admit students solely on academic merit, and opened their doors to women on the same basis as men. Five Nobel and two Crafoord laureates have been affiliated with the university as graduates and faculty. The university has educated seven Australian prime ministers, two governors-general of Australia, thirteen Premiers of New South Wales including incumbent Premier Dominic Perrottet, and 24 justices of the High Court of Australia, including four chief justices. The university has produced 110 Rhodes Scholars and 19 Gates Scholars.

　　The University of Manchester is a public research university in Manchester, England. The main campus is south of Manchester City Centre on Oxford Road. The university owns and operates major cultural assets such as the Manchester Museum, Whitworth Art Gallery, John Rylands Library and Jodrell Bank Observatory—a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

　　The University of Manchester is a member of the Russell Group, the N8 Group, and the worldwide Universities Research Association. The University of Manchester has 25 Nobel laureates among its past and present students and staff, the fourth-highest number of any single university in the United Kingdom. In 2019/20, the university had a consolidated income of £1.1 billion, of which £264.7 million was from research grants and contracts (6th place nationally behind Oxford, UCL, Cambridge, Imperial and Edinburgh). It has the fifth-largest endowment of any university in the UK, after the universities of Cambridge, Oxford, Edinburgh and King's College London.
