為了幫助學(xué)生更高效地開(kāi)展工作，學(xué)校已經(jīng)連續(xù)三年開(kāi)設(shè)學(xué)生干部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力課程班，今年是第三屆。校委會(huì)成員親自擔(dān)任講師，理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際地闡發(fā)自己對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的理解，以期給學(xué)生以啟發(fā)。新進(jìn)學(xué)生會(huì)成員、行政班班長(zhǎng)和社團(tuán)社長(zhǎng)是課程班的學(xué)員，他們也會(huì)努力從自身工作的實(shí)際出發(fā)，吸收和消化課程內(nèi)容，努力轉(zhuǎn)化為解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的做法。本期課程班共設(shè)計(jì)六次課，每周四晚6:00-6:40在固定教室進(jìn)行，講師依據(jù)計(jì)劃有序授課。

In order to help students work more efficiently, our school has been offering a student leadership course since three years ago, and this year is the third time that we have offered such courses. Members of the school council serve as lecturers to explain their understanding of leadership by combining theory with practice so that students can draw inspirations from their lectures. The students attending this course are new members of the ASB, the monitors of homerooms and club leaders. They will also try to absorb and digest the course content based on their practical positions, and try to turn what they have learned into solutions to real problems. We have planned to give a total of 6 classes during this course session, each of which is conducted at 6:00-6:40 PM every Thursday in a fixed classroom. The lecturers teach in an orderly manner as planned.

王偉老師授課圍繞“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力就是影響力”主題展開(kāi)，啟發(fā)學(xué)員一定要通過(guò)持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)和反思，不斷提升自己的思想境界和認(rèn)知水平。學(xué)生干部工作恰恰為學(xué)習(xí)和反思創(chuàng)設(shè)了環(huán)境、提供了素材，大家千萬(wàn)不要浪費(fèi)機(jī)會(huì)，更不要遇難而退和怨天尤人。承擔(dān)更多的工作，克服更多困難，得到更多成長(zhǎng)之后自然就會(huì)成為別人學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣，也就自然獲得了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。麻老師強(qiáng)調(diào)一定要“勤觀察、勤學(xué)習(xí)、勤思考、勤復(fù)盤”，通過(guò)身體力行的細(xì)心觀察和反思來(lái)提升工作績(jī)效。楚漫老師通過(guò)具體的案例討論，比如班級(jí)在準(zhǔn)備藝術(shù)節(jié)過(guò)程中有一些同學(xué)不愿意參加時(shí)，你該如何做工作等場(chǎng)景讓學(xué)生設(shè)身處地地思考解決問(wèn)題的辦法，并進(jìn)行頭腦風(fēng)暴，進(jìn)而找出合適的措施。苗老師、劉劉校長(zhǎng)、Chris校長(zhǎng)都從不同角度闡釋著自己對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的理解，但歸宿點(diǎn)一定是幫助學(xué)生解決現(xiàn)實(shí)情境中的困難，著力提升解決問(wèn)題的能力。

Mr. Tony Wang's lectures centered on "Leadership is influence". During his lecture, he motivated students to improve their ideological realm and cognitive level through continuous learning and reflection. The job of a student leader just creates the environment and provides materials for study and reflection.Therefore, we must not waste the opportunity, nor should we retreat when facing difficulties or complain all the time. After undertaking more work, overcoming more difficulties and gaining more growth, you will naturally become a model for others to learn from and naturally acquire leadership. Ms. Irene Ma stressed that we must "observe, study, think and review", and improve our performance through careful observation and reflection. Ms. Chuman Lin discussed specific cases, such as what we should do when some students are not willing to participate in the preparation of the art festival, and asked students to put themselves in their shoes to think about the solution to the problem, brainstorm, and then find out the appropriate measures.  Ms. Miao, vice principal Liu liu and foreign Principal Chris all explained their understanding of leadership from different perspectives, but what they taught in common is to help students overcome difficulties in real-life situations and improve their ability to solve problems.

各位學(xué)員努力克服各種困難，協(xié)調(diào)活動(dòng)沖突，確保出勤率。認(rèn)真聽(tīng)講、深入思考，都很珍惜此次難得的學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)，也的確想通過(guò)自己的努力為社區(qū)建設(shè)做一份貢獻(xiàn)。一期期的課程已經(jīng)成為學(xué)校文化和傳統(tǒng)的一部分，也為學(xué)生發(fā)展起了重要的支持作用。

All students make sure that they attend the classes by overcoming various difficulties and coordinating if any conflict with other activities occurs.They all value this precious learning opportunity by listening attentively and thinking deeply. They really want to contribute their efforts to the development of our community. This course has become part of the school's culture and tradition and plays an important role in supporting students’ development.
