上海宏潤博源學校的“聞慧”獎學金由在校生家長匿名捐贈，一個學期授獎總?cè)藬?shù)為50人，每位獲獎?wù)邔⒈皇谟?000元人民幣作為獎勵?！奥劵邸痹从诜鸾獭奥?、思、修”三慧之說，家長希望學生在校接受老師的教導(dǎo)，主動去思考，親身去實踐，讓嘉言懿行充盈幸福人生。

The “Wenhui”scholarship granted by SHBS is donated anonymously by a parent of a SHBS student. The scholarships are awarded to a total of 50 students each semester, each of whom will be rewarded with 1,000RMB. "Wenhui" originates from Buddhist doctrines of three kinds of wisdom, i.e. "hearing, thinking and cultivation". The donor hope that guided at school by their teachers, kids will take the initiative to think and practise so that they can live a happy life by refining their words and deeds.

2021年春季的開學典禮上，50名同學光榮地上臺領(lǐng)獎時，我（江同學）向他們投去了羨慕的目光，從此便下定決心在下學期要拿到聞慧講學金。初來乍到，我還不知道何為“聞慧”，只覺得是一份耀眼的榮譽。詳實了解具體要求后，我有了奮斗的方向。我開始從小事做起，努力做好日常工作，盡力為社區(qū)做貢獻。除固定性義工外，我還積極爭取老師們發(fā)在微信群里的服務(wù)性義工。課堂上積極發(fā)言，認真完成各項學習任務(wù)，得到了很多表揚卡。服務(wù)社區(qū)、建設(shè)社區(qū)，慎獨和奉獻或許最能概括我對“聞慧”獎學金的理解。   

At the opening ceremony of the 2021 spring semester, seeing the 50 students honored with their scholarships on the stage, I (Alisa Jiang) admired them so much that I decided at that moment to win the scholarship in the next semester. As a newcomer to this school, though I didn’t know what “Wenhui”was, I regarded it as a great honor. Having thoroughly known about the qualifications for the scholarship, I set my goals. I started with small things, tried to do a good job in my daily work, and made as much contribution to the community as I could. In addition to fixed volunteer work, I also offered to take the service volunteer tasks teachers assigned in the wechat groups. I won a lot of cards from teachers by actively participating in class discussion, and completing various assignments. “Contribution to the building of our community, and self-discipline even in privacy” can probably best summarize my understanding of “Wenhui”scholarship.

在我（唐同學）進入學校后，努力獲得“聞慧”獎學金便順理成章地成為了我的努力目標，因為它的要求就是我理想的在校狀態(tài)。我努力通過義工工作為社區(qū)做著貢獻，邊做邊了解新事物并不斷反思。例如在撿拾朱家角活動過程中，邀請路人做問卷調(diào)查的工作幫助我提高了社交能力，提高自己的環(huán)保意識，同時也體驗做義工的樂趣。在課余時間做的看似跟學習不相關(guān)的事的確讓我走進了社會、親近了自然，理論和實踐也深度結(jié)合了。對于“聞慧”獎學金最初的直接想法就是努力獲得獎金，但自從體會到了付出扎實努力后而達到的新高度后，我有了成就感和幸福感，或許這就是“聞慧”對我而言最大的意義和價值。

After I, Diana Tang, joined SHBS, I naturally aimed at winning the “Wenhui Scholarship”, because what it requires is just how I seek to behave at school. I have been working hard as a volunteer to contribute to the community. Besides, I kept reflecting on the new things I came across. For example, during “Picking up Zhujiajiao”, I improved my communication skills, raised my environmental awareness and enjoyed the fun of being a volunteer by asking tourists to fill out questionnaires. Unrelated to my studies as it might seem, what I did in my spare time did bring me closer to the society and nature, achieving a deeper unity of theory and practice. At first, when I thought of “Wenhui”, I just wanted to try my best to win the scholarship. However, only when I realized that no pains, and no gains did I begin to feel rewarded and happy. That’s probably what “Wenhui” means and is worth, to the largest extent, to me.

“聞慧”于我們，

短短三載亦貫穿終生。

持之以恒，精進而不覺。

It’s been only 3 years since the “Wenhui”scholarship was established and introduced to us. However, we will benefit from its spirit in our lifetime. Keep working hard, and you will make great progress without even realizing that you have done so.
