01社團(tuán)介紹
我們?nèi)毡疚幕缡且粋€(gè)集多樣性,趣味性,科普型和實(shí)踐性于一體的社團(tuán),豐富的活動(dòng)內(nèi)容以及日本文化知識的傳輸讓我們新加入的對日本文化興趣盎然的社員們對于每一次社團(tuán)活動(dòng)都有百分百的期待。Our Japanese Culture Club is a diverse, interesting, scientific and practical club. The rich content of activities and the transmission of knowledge about Japanese culture make our new members who are interested in Japanese culture look forward to every club activity.
02活動(dòng)介紹
此次我們社團(tuán)展開的活動(dòng)是日本傳統(tǒng)食物‘壽司’的制作。
在此次活動(dòng)開展前一星期我們就著手準(zhǔn)備起來。首先是組員的分配,同學(xué)們踴躍參與當(dāng)選組長和自己的伙伴組隊(duì),一番熱烈討論下六個(gè)小組躍然眼前。接下來是食材的分配,社長為我們羅列了好幾個(gè)選項(xiàng):紫菜,米飯,壽司醋,黃瓜胡蘿卜,海帶,茶葉等等,每個(gè)小組各自認(rèn)領(lǐng)一個(gè)食材,再由自己自由搭配一個(gè)配菜,有的同學(xué)帶來了魚子醬,有的同學(xué)帶來了火腿,而我們組選擇的食材是紫菜,搭配的配菜是肉松。我作為組長準(zhǔn)備了大概五六包壽司紫菜,方便大家做放在卷簾上卷起來的壽司款式。很快時(shí)間到了活動(dòng)當(dāng)天,在社長和副社長的帶領(lǐng)下我們來到了一樓的餐廳準(zhǔn)備正式開始上手做壽司。首先也是做壽司最重要的一步,是將壽司醋倒入已經(jīng)煮熟的米飯攪拌均勻以獲得我們平時(shí)吃壽司會嘗到的有一點(diǎn)酸味的米飯。同學(xué)們戴好手套就躍躍欲試,即使平時(shí)或許從無做飯經(jīng)驗(yàn)在今天也積極地參與到了活動(dòng)中。我和我的組員所用到的食材是紫菜,米飯,肉松,一些黃瓜和少量魚子醬。最后做出來的成果收到了我們自己組員和其他組組員的一致好評。The activity of our club is the making of sushi, a traditional Japanese food.
We started to prepare for the event a week before it was launched. The first was the assignment of group members. Students actively participated in being elected as team leader and formed teams with their partners. A lively discussion enthroned the next six groups. Next is the distribution of the ingredients, President for our lists several options: seaweed, rice, sushi vinegar, cucumber and carrot, kelp, tea, etc., each group respectively to claim a ingredients, again by their free collocation with a side dish, some classmates brought caviar, some classmates brought ham, and our group choose ingredients is nori, collocation of side dish is pork floss. As the group leader, I prepared about five or six packages of sushi nori, so that everyone could make sushi styles that could be rolled up on a rolling curtain. Soon it was time for the day of the activity. Under the leadership of the president and vice president, we went to the restaurant on the first floor and prepared to formally start making sushi. The first and most important step in making sushi is to pour sushi vinegar into the cooked rice and mix it up to get that little bit of sour rice that we normally get when we eat sushi. The students put on their gloves and were eager to try. Even though they had no cooking experience, they took an active part in the activity today. The ingredients my team and I used were seaweed, rice, meat floss, some cucumber and a little caviar. Finally, the result was well received by our own team members and other team members.

此次活動(dòng)中嘗試了自己之前從未嘗試過的做壽司,和平時(shí)不是很熟悉的同學(xué)合作做出成品的感覺讓人感到滿足和成就感滿滿。在最后收到每一個(gè)品嘗過我們做出來的壽司的人的高贊評價(jià)也讓我和我的組員內(nèi)心非常滿足。In this activity, I tried to make sushi, which I had never tried before. I felt satisfied and full of achievement when I cooperated with my classmates who were not familiar with the finished product. In the end, receiving high praise from everyone who had tasted our sushi also made me and my team members feel very satisfied.

這個(gè)社團(tuán)是學(xué)習(xí)日本文化的社團(tuán),學(xué)生可以在這學(xué)習(xí)到日本的許多習(xí)俗以及各種文化還可以做一些活動(dòng)來體驗(yàn)其中樂趣,從而讓學(xué)生對于日本有更加深刻的印象。In this club for learning fun and culture, students can also do various activities to experience the club that they have learned, so that students and students can print in Japanese clubs that have activities in Japan.

這次活動(dòng)主要是讓學(xué)生做壽司,學(xué)習(xí)日本飲食文化中及其著名的食物的制作方法,讓學(xué)生神身臨其境的體驗(yàn),讓同學(xué)們對于壽司有一個(gè)更加深刻的認(rèn)識,增添對于日本文化的喜愛,將自己的興趣面擴(kuò)展,也許也可以學(xué)會如何制作壽司,多一項(xiàng)技能。This activity is mainly for students to make sushi, learn Japanese food culture and its famous food production methods, let students experience immersive experience, let students have a deeper understanding of sushi, and increase their understanding of Japanese culture. 這次活動(dòng)我們并沒有做的很好,桌面弄的非常亂都是一些食材上面,當(dāng)然對于壽司的認(rèn)知也是有所進(jìn)步的。We didn't do a good job in this event. The table was very messy because of some ingredients. Of course, our understanding of sushi has also improved.

在此次活動(dòng)開展前一星期我們就著手準(zhǔn)備起來,長為我們羅列了好幾個(gè)選項(xiàng):紫菜,米飯,壽司醋,黃瓜胡蘿卜,海帶,茶葉等等,每個(gè)小組各自認(rèn)領(lǐng)一個(gè)食材,再由自己自由搭配一個(gè)配菜,有的同學(xué)帶來了魚子醬。在社長和副社長的帶領(lǐng)下我們來到了一樓的餐廳準(zhǔn)備正式開始上手做壽司。讓我們親自體驗(yàn)了做壽司的過程比如把米飯壓實(shí),這樣一會兒卷得時(shí)候就不會散 用小勺一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)地把米飯壓實(shí) 然后開始用卷簾卷 一會兒就卷成一個(gè)圓柱體了 然后再拿小刀把剛剛做成圓柱體的壽司切成一片一片的壽司。A week before the activity, we started to prepare.
