The teachers at NOA come from many different nationalities,different culture or academic backgrounds,yet,they are all passionate about education and are united by the same desire to bring the best out of our students,and are hungry to learn and share new knowledge and skills.
The respective teachers have received training and are qualified with CELTA,TKT,CLIL or TESOL,TEFEL certificates.The teachers for AP program have obtained teaching certificates issued by College Board.Teachers for A-level courses are constantly arranged to go for the annual teacher training organized by Pearson EdExcel and have obtained the corresponding teaching licenses.Teachers will also receive training to be certified to teach IPC,IBMYP and IBDP programs.
With the support of the training systems of New Oriental Education and Technology Group,teachers are provided with a wide range of professional training opportuni- ties.In addition,HR department also arranges for systematic training courses for different teachers based on their needs,including student management skills training,etc.

目前相關(guān)教師普遍具有CELTATKT CLILTESOL等培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷并取得 相應(yīng)的授課資質(zhì);學(xué)校的AP授課老師均具備由College Board頒發(fā)的AP 教師認(rèn)證;A-level教師參加Edexcel每年的教師培訓(xùn)并取得相應(yīng)許可。 相關(guān)教師還將接受PC,IBMYP和IBDP的培訓(xùn)并取得相關(guān)證書(shū)。
學(xué)校人力資源部依托新東方集團(tuán)強(qiáng)大的培訓(xùn)體系,為每位老師提供專(zhuān)業(yè) 的講師培訓(xùn),同時(shí)根據(jù)需求,整合國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)質(zhì)資源為不同崗位的老師提 供學(xué)生管理等系統(tǒng)的學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)機(jī)會(huì)。
