In this unforgettable "Edward Scissorhands" drama performance, which is also the first time for the grade 9’s students to show everyone a complete drama performance. This experience made me feel that the students have put in a lot of time and energy, and when we encounter problems, everyone will calm down and think how to figure out the problems. Under the witness of the audience and teachers, the students become more confident. For us, this work is also the result of our study of drama.

I am very happy to have this opportunity to work together with my classmates before graduating from Grade 9. I am very grateful to my classmates for their active cooperation, and the homeroom teacher who has been silently supporting me behind the scenes, as well as the teachers related to my rehearsal. Thank you very much for your supporting. This performance not only gave me a better stage memory, but also some profound insights:I must cultivate coordination ability to complete various tasks by oneself at the same time.

Grade 9 students participated in a stage production of Edward Scissorhands. During rehearsals, the students combined their creative ideas to develop characters and build scenes. They learned to trust their abilities and gained confidence in taking creative risks. While many students utilized their talents to enhance the performance on stage, students also supported their classmates in other ways. Michael and his stage crew used lighting to add atmosphere and ensure smooth transitions between scenes. Jenny was always willing to help her classmates during rehearsals by substituting for characters, and Josephine did a fantastic job of applying make-up on Edward. The encouragement the students received from each other gave them plenty of confidence to perform well on stage. Thank you to all involved!

The drama performance of Grade 9 was well received, which made us feel the efforts of the students. Such efforts made their performance full of tension and greatly improved the students' English. Parents hope to see this wonderful performance every year, so that every student will shine in the light of the stage. We hope that the students will continue to work hard in their study and life to improve themselves and make breakthroughs in themselves.

The wonderful performance of the students in this performance brought surprises to the parents and teachers. The improvement of oral English expression skills, the improvement of acting skills, the enhancement of cooperation ability, and the respond to changes on the spot. What impressed me more deeply was the fluency of the whole game and their abilities to cooperate. The students in front of the stage and behind the scenes actively played their leading and cooperative capabilities. In front of the stage, the performers performed passionately and made great progress; behind the scenes, the sound, video and lighting support provided from companions. Now they are a team. For every activity, the students in charge of the corresponding behind-the-scenes section can participate autonomously and spontaneously. . After three years of growth, they seem to be caring in this learning community, reflectors who actively solve problems, and open-minded with an inclusive mentality.
