　　艾毅國際幼兒園的外教隊伍不斷壯大，我們秉承著改進(jìn)和尋求新的創(chuàng)新性方式去教孩子的想法。為了讓孩子寓學(xué)于樂、在玩中學(xué)習(xí)和成長，本周三天津艾毅國際幼兒園舉行了“英語圓圈中的游戲”的教研活動和相關(guān)評比。我們希望通過此次活動，分享知識和經(jīng)驗、提高英文教學(xué)質(zhì)量。我們知道，集體教學(xué)中通常分為集體游戲、分組游戲和單人游戲。不同的游戲有不同的玩法和側(cè)重點，今天我們的比賽將圍繞“分組游戲”的設(shè)計和實施來進(jìn)行。

　　Here at Ivy School, the team of foreign teachers is constantly growing. Currently, there are ten foreign teachers on staff and three Chinese English teachers. Our goal is always to improve and find new and creative ways to teach children. As we all know, kids learn better when they play. It’s essential to keep children engaged and interested in the classes that we teach. Generally, games fall into three categories: group, individual, and teams. This Wednesday we arranged our First ” Group Games in English Circle” competition among our teachers. As always, the purpose of this event is to share our knowledge andexperience to improve the quality of education.

　　活動中，每位老師都展示了自己的創(chuàng)意和精彩游戲，為了讓孩子們在有限的圓圈集體教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)中，勇敢說英文，有更多參與到游戲中的機(jī)會，外教老師們還借助了不同的玩具、教具以及手工材料，讓游戲變得更有趣，更吸引人。整個活動現(xiàn)場歡聲笑語，氣氛高漲！

　　Each teacher was encouraged to present two different games to their peers. Our teachers got very creative and came up with so many exciting games. All games were structured to increase language production. To make games more exciting, teachers used different toys, props, and handmade materials.

　　外教老師們努力呈現(xiàn)自己的精彩課堂，他們既是參與者，也是評判者，在活動最后，大家共同評選出“他/她心中最贊的設(shè)計”，校園也準(zhǔn)備了豐厚的禮物，祝賀我們所有參賽者，參與就是學(xué)習(xí)！并期待這些有趣的游戲在教室、在孩子們面前上演，真正有益于孩子們的學(xué)習(xí)成長！

　　Foreign teachers try their best to present their wonderful games. Over 20 new games were introduced. They are both participants and judges. At the end of the activity, they jointly selected the "best design in his / her heart", and the campus has prepared rich gifts,We congratulate the competitors and look forward to seeing these games implemented in our classrooms.
