目標(biāo)一致，雙軌同行
“中西融合”當(dāng)中的“中”是什么，“西”是什么？“中”當(dāng)中選什么和“西”當(dāng)中選什么來進(jìn)行融合，才能變成我們更優(yōu)化的方式？會議現(xiàn)場，學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的老師們?yōu)槲覀儙砹俗钫鎸?shí)的案例。以小學(xué)部數(shù)學(xué)為例，小學(xué)部課程實(shí)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)課程和美國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)課程同軌模式，在課程開展的時候，中西方教育團(tuán)隊(duì)在設(shè)置之處便以大綱為依托，明確教學(xué)目標(biāo)，以雙語形式分享教學(xué)大綱、目標(biāo)、單元內(nèi)容。在共同的目標(biāo)下，中方教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)注重學(xué)術(shù)基礎(chǔ)的夯實(shí)、西方教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)注重?cái)?shù)學(xué)思維的探索、發(fā)散，雙軌同行共同培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)術(shù)、探究能力。

顧明遠(yuǎn)先生曾說過：“學(xué)生成長在活動中?！痹诤＜涡@里，中西方特色的文化活動成為校園里最值得期待的時刻?；仡櫼荒甑木剩何覀冊趥鹘y(tǒng)的中國文化年中以“名人故事”為脈絡(luò)，穿越古今了解中國傳統(tǒng)文化；我們以國際日為契機(jī)，以廣博的視野關(guān)注世界，了解各國風(fēng)俗民情；以書本為媒，在閱讀月中一同閱讀中西方的經(jīng)典——中西方教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)在活動中的合作，讓不同的文化從共存、到共生、到融合，真正為海嘉學(xué)子營造最自然的國際化雙語環(huán)境。
在活動中成長，在精彩的課外課中學(xué)會團(tuán)結(jié)、合作和拼搏進(jìn)取。自開辦以來，海嘉課外課一直備受家長、學(xué)生的喜愛。三年以來，海嘉課外課以306%的水平高速增長，140余種課外課給到學(xué)生更加精彩的選擇和課外生活。
