SHTCS held a series of end-of-year and end-of-semester meetings from January 21 to 24, 2022.
Before turning the page on 2021, it’s time to reflect on what we have accomplished throughout the year, to recognize and celebrate our wins and successes - the big ones and the small ones, and to search for opportunities to do things differently in the year ahead.
2022年1月21-24號(hào),我校召開一系列2021年末及期末總結(jié)會(huì)議。
在正式翻過2021、邁入2022之前,讓我們共同回顧與慶祝這一年取得的大大小小的成就,展望未來新的契機(jī)與發(fā)展。
Annual Gathering年會(huì)
21號(hào)下午,全體教職員工齊聚活動(dòng)樓,享受休閑的自助午餐和參加校年度總結(jié)暨表彰大會(huì)。
On the afternoon of 21st, all faculty and staff gathered in the event building to enjoy a casual buffet lunch and attend the annual school summary and recognition meeting.
會(huì)議以“凝心聚力,共助‘藤’飛”為主題,由Hannah、Mike兩位老師主持,首先帶大家回顧了2021世界和高藤的年度大事件:Cognia認(rèn)證通過、7-11 校辦值班制度、A-Level德國雙通班、Lead-in Me自我領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力課程、2022畢業(yè)生已人手3封offer及以上、萬圣及雙旦晚會(huì)、TCL教師成長體系......一張張標(biāo)志性照片見證和記錄了我們一年來在學(xué)術(shù)、管理、課程、升學(xué)、活動(dòng)及教師團(tuán)隊(duì)各方面的點(diǎn)滴成長進(jìn)步。
Under the theme of ‘ contributing to a higher future’, the annual meeting was hosted by Hannah and Mike and took us back to the annual events of the world and SHTCS in 2021.
Accreditation by Cognia, 7-11 management system, A-Level German two-way program, Lead-in Me school-based curriculum, offers from prestigious universities, Halloween and Christmas party, TCL Model...all the photos witnessed and recorded our progress in academic, management, curriculum, admission, activities and teachers' team.
隨后,李校以一段前瞻性的致辭發(fā)言,重申了學(xué)校的目標(biāo)與定位,總結(jié)和肯定了學(xué)校一年來的發(fā)展變化,同時(shí)提出對(duì)老師們新一年的期待,明確下一學(xué)期的工作目標(biāo)。
With a forward-looking speech, Principal Li reiterated the school's goals and positioning, summed up and affirmed the school's development and changes in the past year, and at the same time put forward expectations for teachers in the New Year, and clarified work objectives for the next semester.

New Year's wishes and hopes of course can not be set apart from gifts! All the teachers also drew and exchanged pre-prepared New Year presents and sent wishes to faculty members who’re having their birthdays this month. All had a good laugh and enjoyed the joyous moments filled with pleasant surprises.
校董邱老師最后發(fā)言,再次感謝所有教職員工的辛苦付出,并暖心提醒大家新的一年在工作日益精進(jìn)的同時(shí)也要照顧好自己的生活,2022繼續(xù)堅(jiān)韌蓬勃發(fā)展。
Ms Qiu, the school director, thanked all the staff for their hard work again and reminded everyone to take care of their own lives while improving their work and continuing to thrive in the new year.

01 跨學(xué)科會(huì)議和班主任匯報(bào)Cross-subject Discussion&Homeroom Teachers Annual Report
期末,除歡快的年會(huì)外,一系列分析總結(jié)會(huì)議也在有條不紊地進(jìn)行中。以年級(jí)為單位召開的跨學(xué)科會(huì)議,班主任與所有任課老師齊聚一堂,分析每位同學(xué)每一門科目的學(xué)習(xí)表現(xiàn)及成績,針對(duì)每個(gè)孩子的不同情況商討對(duì)策和制訂下一學(xué)期工作計(jì)劃。
At the end of the term, in addition to the cheerful annual meeting, a series of analysis and summary meetings were also being carried out in an orderly manner. In the interdisciplinary meetings held by grade level, head teachers worked together with subject teachers to analyze the learning performance and outcomes of each student in each subject, discuss measures and formulate plans for the next semester according to the different situations of each child.

After collecting suggestions from teachers in various subjects, head teachers made detailed reports on their respective class in terms of class characteristics, class culture, academic performance and activity participation, etc. at the staff meeting.
02 學(xué)科組及部門會(huì)議Subject Group and Departmental meetings
在學(xué)科組會(huì)議中,每位老師都對(duì)自己學(xué)期以來的工作內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié)匯報(bào),分享交流教學(xué)方法與反思。從一頁頁的PPT工作匯報(bào)中,可以看到每位老師對(duì)教學(xué)工作的用心投入與思考。
In the subject group meeting, each teacher summarized and reported their work since the semester, shared their teaching methods and reflections. From the PPT slides of work report, it’s clear to see the commitment and dedication of each teacher to their teaching work.

在教學(xué)管理的分享中,為了提高同學(xué)們的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力和積極性,可以看到每位老師也是絞盡腦汁、使出了“十八般武藝”,有老師發(fā)明了聽寫的連坐獎(jiǎng)懲制度,有老師組織了學(xué)習(xí)小組每日打卡,有老師課下抓著學(xué)生交流談心,還有老師趁節(jié)假日設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)放禮品激勵(lì)。
With regard to teaching management, in order to improve the students' learning motivation and enthusiasm, it can be seen that each teacher racked their brains to devise incentive measures. The joint efforts of teachers and students have also turned into the large and small achievements we have attained in teaching. The standardization, meticulousness and systematization of academic management are reflected in the standardized operation of the college entrance examination with reference to the international examination process, in the upgrading of the academic management of evening self-study, in the establishment of the TCL teacher evaluation system and other aspects, and ultimately in the progress and enhancement of teaching quality.

03 線上家長會(huì)On-line Parents’Meeting
所有成就的取得、進(jìn)步的喜悅,我們迫不及待與學(xué)校最重要的合伙人——家長們分享。在25號(hào)的線上家校會(huì)議中,由教學(xué)部和學(xué)生處負(fù)責(zé)人向家長做期末匯報(bào)總結(jié)外,各班班主任也分別召開班級(jí)會(huì)議,就班級(jí)總體教學(xué)情況與家長們進(jìn)行更細(xì)致的反饋溝通。
All the achievements, all the joy of progress, we couldn’t wait to share with the school's most important partners - the parents. In the online home-school meeting on the 25th, the head of the teaching department and the Student Affairs Office made a final report to the parents, followed by class meetings conducted to make more detailed feedback and communication with the parents.
