上海浦東新區(qū)民辦協(xié)和雙語學校：五月的校園等你來

人間四月芳菲盡，又見五月笑顏開。隨著一批又一批中學生的順利返校，我們即將迎來又一批中學生和四、五年級小學生們的歸來。為了迎接他們的到來，上海浦東新區(qū)民辦協(xié)和雙語學校在原來的疫情防控基礎上進行了進一步的準備。
With the return of a batch of secondary school students, we are about to welcome a batch of lower secondary school students and G4 and G5 students back. In order to welcome their arrival, the school has made further preparations based on the original epidemic prevention and control.
【上下學】
各學部將根據(jù)年級安排錯時到校上學和錯峰陸續(xù)離校。我們在原有時間安排的基礎上，進一步細化安排，錯時錯峰抵校，保證學生安全。放學時，我們會根據(jù)學生的所在年級和不同的離校方式安排不同的離校路徑，避免人群的聚集。
Each stream will arrange their students to arrive and leave school at different times according to the different schedule. On the basis of the original schedule, we have further extended the time slot for students to enter the school, so as to evacuate the peak time for students to enter the school and ensure the arrangement of students. After school, we will arrange different departure routes according to students' grades and different ways of leaving school to avoid students gathering together.
【餐廳】
午餐時間中學生將進行錯峰用餐，小學生將分班前往指定教室進行用餐，就餐座位間隔安全距離并單向就坐。餐廳和用餐教室都將加強各項消毒清潔工作，并保持空氣流通。學生午餐繼續(xù)以套餐形式供餐，并保證品質和營養(yǎng)。
Secondary school students will have a different lunch time from primary school students. Primary school students will go to designated classrooms to have meals. The seats will be arranged at a safe distance and students are required to sit in one direction. Both the dining room and classrooms where students have lunch will be disinfected and cleaned, and air circulation will be maintained. Student lunches are set meals and the quality and nutrition are guaranteed.
【物資準備】
隨著返校學生的數(shù)量增多，學校在原有物資準備的基礎上增補了各類物資，并做好了相應物品的管理，以便有效應對突發(fā)情況。同時，我們也再次提醒家長，在校期間學生請勿佩戴有呼吸閥的口罩、N95或防護級別更高的口罩，這些都不利于大家的健康。
With the increase of the number of students returning to school, the school has added various materials on the basis of the original material preparation, and made a good management of the corresponding materials, so as to effectively respond to emergencies. At the same time, we also remind parents once again that during this period, students do not wear masks with breathing valves, N95 or masks with higher protection level, which are not good to the students’ health.
【開學培訓】
學校在原有中英文版《教職員工開學準備工作指南》的基礎上進行了更新并下發(fā)，各學部也都在學部主任的帶領下進行了全面的防疫工作培訓，明確了復課后一日流程安排，對突發(fā)狀況的應急處置做了詳細解讀，明確了每個老師的職責，對防疫要求已了然于胸。同時，我們對日常的體溫檢測、防疫數(shù)據(jù)報告等重要上報信息，梳理了一套高效的、明晰的流程，確保“數(shù)據(jù)盡在掌握，安全健康先行”。
The original Chinese-English version of start of school staff preparation guide has been updated and distributed to each stream. The head of each school has lead their staff to do the all-round epidemic prevention training. Teachers are clear about the whole day schedule and emergency disposal mechanism. They also know clearly about their own job responsibilities and epidemic prevention requirement. 【教學銜接】
過于漫長的假期也促使我們更多關注學生的學習狀態(tài)和心理狀態(tài)。為更好的幫助學生找回學習狀態(tài)，各學部都對在線教學的過程進行了反思，對于復課初期，線上線下教學的銜接以及查缺補漏工作都制定了詳細的計劃。同時，我們也在關注孩子的心理健康。本月是我們學校的心理健康月，將會有一系列豐富有趣的活動邀請學生參與。
The long holidays also make us pay more attention to students' learning state and psychological state. In order to better help students find their learning status, each school has reflected on the process of online teaching, and has made detailed plans for the connection between online and offline teaching and the work of checking the missing classes. At the same time, we are also concerned about students’ mental health. This month is mental health month. Students can participate a series of rich and interesting activities.
一排排整齊干凈的桌椅，一面面生動活潑的墻面，一件件愛意濃濃的防疫物品，一間間干凈整潔的教室，承載著我們對孩子們的期待和關愛。同學們，我們周一見!
