上海浦東新區(qū)民辦協(xié)和雙語學(xué)校：五月的校園等你來

人間四月芳菲盡，又見五月笑顏開。隨著一批又一批中學(xué)生的順利返校，我們即將迎來又一批中學(xué)生和四、五年級小學(xué)生們的歸來。為了迎接他們的到來，上海浦東新區(qū)民辦協(xié)和雙語學(xué)校在原來的疫情防控基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的準(zhǔn)備。
With the return of a batch of secondary school students, we are about to welcome a batch of lower secondary school students and G4 and G5 students back. In order to welcome their arrival, the school has made further preparations based on the original epidemic prevention and control.
【上下學(xué)】
各學(xué)部將根據(jù)年級安排錯時到校上學(xué)和錯峰陸續(xù)離校。我們在原有時間安排的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)一步細(xì)化安排，錯時錯峰抵校，保證學(xué)生安全。放學(xué)時，我們會根據(jù)學(xué)生的所在年級和不同的離校方式安排不同的離校路徑，避免人群的聚集。
Each stream will arrange their students to arrive and leave school at different times according to the different schedule. On the basis of the original schedule, we have further extended the time slot for students to enter the school, so as to evacuate the peak time for students to enter the school and ensure the arrangement of students. After school, we will arrange different departure routes according to students' grades and different ways of leaving school to avoid students gathering together.
【餐廳】
午餐時間中學(xué)生將進(jìn)行錯峰用餐，小學(xué)生將分班前往指定教室進(jìn)行用餐，就餐座位間隔安全距離并單向就坐。餐廳和用餐教室都將加強(qiáng)各項(xiàng)消毒清潔工作，并保持空氣流通。學(xué)生午餐繼續(xù)以套餐形式供餐，并保證品質(zhì)和營養(yǎng)。
Secondary school students will have a different lunch time from primary school students. Primary school students will go to designated classrooms to have meals. The seats will be arranged at a safe distance and students are required to sit in one direction. Both the dining room and classrooms where students have lunch will be disinfected and cleaned, and air circulation will be maintained. Student lunches are set meals and the quality and nutrition are guaranteed.
【物資準(zhǔn)備】
隨著返校學(xué)生的數(shù)量增多，學(xué)校在原有物資準(zhǔn)備的基礎(chǔ)上增補(bǔ)了各類物資，并做好了相應(yīng)物品的管理，以便有效應(yīng)對突發(fā)情況。同時，我們也再次提醒家長，在校期間學(xué)生請勿佩戴有呼吸閥的口罩、N95或防護(hù)級別更高的口罩，這些都不利于大家的健康。
With the increase of the number of students returning to school, the school has added various materials on the basis of the original material preparation, and made a good management of the corresponding materials, so as to effectively respond to emergencies. At the same time, we also remind parents once again that during this period, students do not wear masks with breathing valves, N95 or masks with higher protection level, which are not good to the students’ health.
【開學(xué)培訓(xùn)】
學(xué)校在原有中英文版《教職員工開學(xué)準(zhǔn)備工作指南》的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了更新并下發(fā)，各學(xué)部也都在學(xué)部主任的帶領(lǐng)下進(jìn)行了全面的防疫工作培訓(xùn)，明確了復(fù)課后一日流程安排，對突發(fā)狀況的應(yīng)急處置做了詳細(xì)解讀，明確了每個老師的職責(zé)，對防疫要求已了然于胸。同時，我們對日常的體溫檢測、防疫數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告等重要上報(bào)信息，梳理了一套高效的、明晰的流程，確保“數(shù)據(jù)盡在掌握，安全健康先行”。
The original Chinese-English version of start of school staff preparation guide has been updated and distributed to each stream. 【教學(xué)銜接】
過于漫長的假期也促使我們更多關(guān)注學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)和心理狀態(tài)。為更好的幫助學(xué)生找回學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)，各學(xué)部都對在線教學(xué)的過程進(jìn)行了反思，對于復(fù)課初期，線上線下教學(xué)的銜接以及查缺補(bǔ)漏工作都制定了詳細(xì)的計(jì)劃。同時，我們也在關(guān)注孩子的心理健康。本月是我們學(xué)校的心理健康月，將會有一系列豐富有趣的活動邀請學(xué)生參與。
