2021年7月21日上午九點(diǎn)，我校部分師生作為市民代表準(zhǔn)時(shí)與會(huì)在青浦區(qū)會(huì)議中心議政廳舉行的區(qū)五屆人大常委會(huì)第四十三次會(huì)議（擴(kuò)大），這是我校繼2019年第一次積極參與上海市“走進(jìn)人大”活動(dòng)的進(jìn)一步延續(xù)和落實(shí)。
At 9:00 a.m. on July 21st , 2021, some SHBS teacher and students attended the 43rd meeting of the Standing Committee of the 5th People's Congress (expanded) in Qingpu on time as the representatives of citizens in the Council Hall of Qingpu District Convention Center, which has been the further continuation and implementation of our school's active participation in the activity of "Walking into the Shanghai People's Congress" for the first time since 2019.
會(huì)上我校師生旁聽(tīng)了區(qū)人大代表和委員們關(guān)于“區(qū)政府關(guān)于2020年決算（草案）”、“2021年上半年預(yù)算執(zhí)行情況”、“2020年度本級(jí)預(yù)算執(zhí)行及其他財(cái)政收支審計(jì)工作的報(bào)告”、“2020年區(qū)本級(jí)決算”、“本區(qū)2021年地方政府債務(wù)限額的議案”、“本區(qū)2021年地方政府債務(wù)限”、“區(qū)政府關(guān)于貫徹實(shí)施《中華人民共和國(guó)退役軍人保障法》情況報(bào)告和區(qū)人大常委會(huì)相關(guān)執(zhí)法檢查報(bào)告”等報(bào)告的審議過(guò)程，切身參與了人大監(jiān)督職能的落實(shí)過(guò)程。

通過(guò)與會(huì)旁聽(tīng)，我校師生真切地感受到了人大嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)牧⒎ê捅O(jiān)督過(guò)程，深刻領(lǐng)會(huì)到了人民代表大會(huì)制度作為我國(guó)根本政治制度運(yùn)行的科學(xué)性和規(guī)范性。同時(shí)，也大大增強(qiáng)了我們的公民意識(shí)、民主意識(shí)和政治參與意識(shí)。我們也希望通過(guò)切實(shí)的政治參與活動(dòng)，幫助學(xué)生培養(yǎng)既立足我國(guó)民主實(shí)際又融匯中西的政治理解力，以及建立在此基礎(chǔ)上的、更深層次的制度自信和民族自信。
By observing the meeting, the teachers and students of our school truly felt how rigorous the legislation and supervision process of the National People's Congress is, and deeply understood the scientific and normative operation of the people's Congress system as the fundamental political system of China. At the same time, our awareness of citizenship, democracy and political participation has been greatly raised. We also hope that by participating in political events, we can help students develop political understanding based on the reality of China's democracy and a combination of Chinese and Western politics. Based on such understanding, we can boost their deeper level of institutional confidence and national confidence.
