孔猛：青浦協(xié)和小學(xué)部語文教師、班主任，年級組長、黨支部委員

Kimi Kong: Primary School Department Chinese teacher, homeroom teacher, grade coordinator, member of the School CPC Committee

從教12年，歷任對外漢語教師、高校輔導(dǎo)員、國家公派教師、IB（PYP）教師等。入職上海協(xié)和教育集團(tuán)7年，獲“第十期協(xié)和星計(jì)劃”第二名。2019年轉(zhuǎn)入創(chuàng)校初的青浦協(xié)和，獲“第十三屆協(xié)勵(lì)杰出師德獎(jiǎng)”。

Mr Kong has been a teacher for 12 years, serving as a Chinese teacher for foreigners, a college counselor, a state-sponsored teacher, and an IB (PYP) teacher. As of this year he has been working within the Xiehe Education Group for seven years, and has won an amazing 2nd Place in Xiehe’s 10th “Stars Program”. In 2019 Mr Kong joined SUIS Qingpu, and just last year he won the 13th “Xieli Hui Outstanding Teacher Award".

孔老師秉持協(xié)和“和而不同，協(xié)力創(chuàng)新”的教育理念，在夯實(shí)學(xué)生語文基礎(chǔ)的同時(shí)，將IB國際課程中的探究、大單元、跨學(xué)科等理念引入語文教學(xué)，積極開展語文項(xiàng)目式學(xué)習(xí)，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)，合作探究，著力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)造性解決問題的能力。

With our motto of "Unity in diversity, Innovation through Collaboration”, Mr Kong not only strengthens students' Chinese language basic knowledge, but also introduces IB concepts such as Inquiry, Big Ideas and Interdisciplinary approaches to Chinese teaching. He actively carries out Chinese Project-Based Learning by guiding students to study with initiative and inquire cooperatively, thereby cultivating students' creative problem-solving ability.

Mr. Kong adheres to student literacy and builds learning using everyday topics. He not only pays attention to the construction and application of students' language, but also attaches great importance to the understanding and inheritance of culture. He boldly innovates, carries out project-based learning, leads children to apply Chinese knowledge and skills to solve problems in real situations, and focuses on students' lifelong learning and lifelong development.

When working with Mr. Kong, it is not difficult to discover quickly that he is a serious, responsible and humorous teacher. In the classroom, Mr. Kong uses an open and leading way to help students become masters of the classroom, and he explores learning with them. After class, I often see him engaged in discussions with students and colleagues. Mr. Kong deserves the love and respect of the children.

在班級管理中，孔老師充分尊重孩子，他認(rèn)為充足的玩耍與運(yùn)動(dòng)是金色童年不可或缺的部分，是孩子身心健康的保障，是提高學(xué)習(xí)效率的有效途徑。在體育課之外，孔老師三年如一日，每天堅(jiān)持帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生進(jìn)行20-35分鐘的戶外玩耍與運(yùn)動(dòng)，釋放孩子們的天性。

For classroom management, Mr Kong fully respects all his students. He believes that adequate play and exercise are an indispensable part of a golden childhood, a guarantee of children's physical and mental health, and an effective way to improve learning efficiency. In addition to PE class, Mr Kimi has been leading students in play and exercise for 20-35 minutes every day over the past three years, releasing in his students their child-like nature.

在孔老師看來，學(xué)校教育目的是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生更好地適應(yīng)、創(chuàng)造未來社會(huì)。因此，他在班級精心營造民主、平等、協(xié)同、自治的氛圍，創(chuàng)設(shè)29份平等的班級職務(wù)，每人一份“工作”參與班級管理，定期輪換，學(xué)生自治，老師監(jiān)控。班級管理井然有序、充滿生機(jī)。

In Mr Kong’s opinion, the purpose of school is to educate students to not only adapt to society well but also to create a new future. Therefore, he carefully creates an atmosphere of democracy, equality, cooperation and autonomy in the class, and sets up 29 equal class positions where every student participates in classroom management with a "job", with the homeroom teacher supervising the class.

Mr. Kong is a very elegant teacher. He has earned a good reputation for his sound guidance for students, his classroom management, and his professional and meticulous guidance for parents through home-school communication. As grade group leader, Mr. Kong always puts forward constructive suggestions in order to open up new ideas for our grade group work.

從洲際嘉年華、家長會(huì)等學(xué)?；顒?dòng)，到外出探究、十歲生日會(huì)等年級活動(dòng)，孔老師總是做好周密計(jì)劃，準(zhǔn)備各種預(yù)案，然后組織大家分工合作，統(tǒng)一行動(dòng)，確保順利實(shí)施。

From school activities such as the Intercontinental Carnival, parent meetings, or grade activities such as outside-the-classroom explorations, Mr Kong always makes detailed plans in advance, and then cooperates with grade teachers and parent volunteers to take action for their implementation.

每當(dāng)我在教育教學(xué)或者學(xué)生管理上有困惑時(shí)，孔老師都能給予我建議，為我排憂解難。同時(shí)，作為年級組長的孔老師任勞任怨，細(xì)致地策劃和組織年級活動(dòng)，讓學(xué)校成為了另一個(gè)屬于學(xué)生和老師的家。 

Whenever I am confused with some aspect of my job, my teaching or with student management issues, Mr. Kong is able to provide me suggestions to solve my problems. At the same time, as our Head of Grade, Mr. Kong works hard and organizes grade level activities, making the school another home for students and teachers.

“家長和學(xué)校是最重要的教育合伙人”。孔老師認(rèn)真傾聽家長聲音，耐心解釋學(xué)校政策，家長們在陪伴孩子成長過程中的困惑和疑慮，都可以在孔老師這里得到的專業(yè)指導(dǎo)?；ハ嘧鹬亍⑼蚨?，孔老師積極聯(lián)動(dòng)家長，構(gòu)建起“親清”的家校關(guān)系，共筑起學(xué)生健康成長的基石。

Parents and the school are our school community’s most important educational partners. Mr Kong listens to parents carefully and explains school policies patiently; for any questions that parents have, they can always get professional guidance from Mr Kong. Respect each other, build the relationship between home and school, and jointly build the cornerstone of students' healthy growth.

孔猛老師是一位極富責(zé)任心的語文老師兼班主任。他總是用欣賞的眼光看待孩子們，并針對學(xué)生的不同情況實(shí)行分層教育，“有教無類”在他身上有著最好的體現(xiàn)。能夠遇到這樣的老師，是學(xué)生和家長們的幸運(yùn) 。

Mr. Kong is a responsible Chinese teacher and Head of Grade. He always looks at students with appreciation and implements a layered education according to the different situations and needs of his student. Both parents and students are lucky to have met such a teacher.

作為四年級家委代表，在和孔老師溝通十歲生日會(huì)的過程中，他不辭辛勞，細(xì)致嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)睾屠蠋?、家委對接典禮的流程。在那場盛大的典禮上，當(dāng)所有人一起喊出“敢將日月再丈量，今朝唯我少年郎”的口號時(shí)，學(xué)生和家長們已是熱淚盈眶。

As a representative of the Grade 4 family committee, I communicated at great lengths with Mr. Kong during the preparation process for the 10th birthday party event. He carefully and rigorously managed the preparation process for the ceremony with both teachers and the family committee. At that Grand Ceremony, when everyone shouted the slogan "Dare to measure the sun and moon again, only youth has such courage and courage", all the students and parents were filled with tears.

As a Member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Mr Kong insists on moral education, innovates teaching methods, improves classroom efficiency, designs personalized homework, and promotes the implementation of the "double reduction" policy with practical actions. He also carries out patriotic education on various occasions in order to help students inherit our glorious traditions.

Mr Kong never forgets his original purposes in education, remembers his personal mission, and always sticks to the front line of teaching with full enthusiasm and high morale. 孔猛同志積極參加社區(qū)活動(dòng)，主動(dòng)幫社區(qū)分擔(dān)力所能及的工作，熱心為居民服務(wù)。特別在2020年抗擊疫情的戰(zhàn)線上，挺身而出、沖鋒在前，用實(shí)際行動(dòng)真正把初心落在行動(dòng)上，把使命擔(dān)在肩膀上。

Mr Kong actively participates in community activities, takes initiative to help the community share all required work within its capacity, and enthusiastically serves the community’s residents.
