緊扣主題,通過自我探索與創(chuàng)意表達的方式,結(jié)合積極心理學(xué)、發(fā)展心理學(xué)知識,從心理影片、書籍、音樂中挖掘積極向上的元素設(shè)計和創(chuàng)作心理健康海報。通過自己如何發(fā)現(xiàn)、感受、尋找自己生活中的小確幸,并積極調(diào)節(jié)情緒、舒緩壓力、助人自助的故事,展示理性平和、自尊自信、積極向上的陽光心態(tài)(須為原創(chuàng),杜絕抄襲)。
Design and create mental health posters by using creative expression, combined with knowledge of positive psychology and developmental psychology. Please research positive elements from psychological films, books and music. Through the story of how to find small blessings in life and how to actively regulate emotions, relieve pressure and help others, please show rationality, calmness, self-esteem, self-confidence, and positive energy (must be original, no plagiarism).

參與的學(xué)生均有不同種類的獎項(獎狀及獎品)。優(yōu)秀作品發(fā)布在校園官微“心靈小筑”欄目上,展示在學(xué)校大廳內(nèi),并代表學(xué)校參加市區(qū)級主題海報比賽。
Participating students can receive different kinds of awards (certificates and prizes). Excellent submissions will be published on the "Soul Building" column of the campus official micro account and displayed in the school hall. The winners will participate in the city-level themed poster competition on behalf of the school.

4月30日-5月6日,小學(xué)生將自己生活、學(xué)習(xí)、人際交往中的小煩惱寫在紙條上(注明班級、姓名),存放在煩惱膠囊中。請在膠囊外貼好你的班級、姓名。
From April 30th to May 6th, pupils write down their troubles on paper (indicate class and name) and store them in trouble capsules. Please paste your class and name on the outside of the capsule.
5月7日,統(tǒng)一放到“心靈小筑”的煩惱漂流瓶中。
On May 7th, the messages will be put into the drifting bottle of "Small Soul Building".
5月7日-14日,初高中生在煩惱漂流瓶中隨機抽取煩惱膠囊,并根據(jù)自己的過往經(jīng)驗及資源,以積極樂觀的視角回復(fù)并分享化解煩惱的好方法,放入膠囊內(nèi),并注明自己的班級、姓名。
From May 7th to 14th, junior and senior high school students will randomly select trouble capsules from the bottle, and respond and share good ways to solve the troubles according to their past experience, and put them into the capsules with their class and name marked.
5月18日,小學(xué)生在能量漂流瓶中找到屬于自己的能量膠囊,滿血復(fù)活。
On May 18, primary school students will get back their own energy capsule in a bottle and will receive the energy contained therein.

4月12日早上,對心理讀書分享會感興趣的中學(xué)生,根據(jù)心理老師提供的積極心理學(xué)、發(fā)展心理學(xué)相關(guān)的心理書單,在學(xué)校圖書館挑選心理類圖書,利用一個月時間分別讀完自己所選的一本書。
On the morning of April 12, middle school students who are interested in the reading sharing meeting will choose psychological books in the school library according to the list of psychological books related to positive psychology and developmental psychology provided by their psychology teachers. They will spend one month to finish reading one of the books they have chosen.
5月12日午間休息時間,在二樓圖書館隨機拿取放有不同書名的能量瓶,由閱讀過該本書的成員來分享自己的讀書感悟、心得、體會,并寫在分享卡上,掛在能量收集樹上。
On May 12, during the lunch break, students will randomly pick out and put energy bottles with different titles in the library on the second floor. Members who have read this book will share their reading feelings, experiences and write them down on the sharing card and hang them on the energy collection tree.
