一、學(xué)校簡(jiǎn)介
北京中加學(xué)校成立于1997年，是北京市第一所實(shí)施中外合作普通高中教育的新型學(xué)校，坐落在北京市通州區(qū)叢林莊園，占地110畝。合作辦學(xué)的中方是北京師范大學(xué)附屬實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)，外方是加拿大紐賓士域省教育部和加拿大加皇國(guó)際教育集團(tuán)。學(xué)校成立以來(lái)已有近萬(wàn)名學(xué)生畢業(yè)，畢業(yè)生升讀國(guó)內(nèi)外大學(xué)的升學(xué)率達(dá)98％以上，獲國(guó)外大學(xué)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金率為畢業(yè)生總數(shù)的83%。
1997年學(xué)校被正式吸納為聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織北京俱樂(lè)部協(xié)會(huì)成員校, 2003年國(guó)家教育部指定我校為全國(guó)高中新課程改革全國(guó)唯一聯(lián)系校，率先在國(guó)內(nèi)實(shí)施新課標(biāo)。2004年成為北京市第一批通過(guò)國(guó)家教育部復(fù)核驗(yàn)收合格的中外合作辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)，2008年學(xué)校被批準(zhǔn)為第一批北京市普通高中自主安排新課程實(shí)驗(yàn)校，為我校更深一層推進(jìn)新課程的改革鋪墊了有利的基礎(chǔ)，2009年學(xué)校獲得“首都平安示范校園”稱號(hào)，2014年學(xué)校獲得“最具辦學(xué)特色的國(guó)際學(xué)?！?、“2014全國(guó)環(huán)境教育示范學(xué)?！奔啊傲魧W(xué)雜志榜推薦的國(guó)際學(xué)?！钡确Q號(hào)，2015年學(xué)校正式加入世界學(xué)校聯(lián)盟圓方機(jī)構(gòu)，成為中國(guó)大陸第一所圓方全球成員校。學(xué)校也是國(guó)內(nèi)第一批把國(guó)際AP課程引進(jìn)高中教學(xué)的學(xué)校，并由美國(guó)大學(xué)理事會(huì)AP考試中心認(rèn)證，經(jīng)國(guó)家教育部批準(zhǔn)，指定為AP課程考試中心。
二、學(xué)校校訓(xùn)（School Motto）
“明德篤志”出自于《四書》、《五經(jīng)》中的《大學(xué)》，“大學(xué)之道在明明德，在親民，在止于至善”?！暗隆笔侨松^、世界觀、政治觀及思想體系的綜合?！懊鞯隆眲t是正確的人生觀、世界觀、政治主張及思想體系的顯示，并達(dá)到至善?！昂V志”是用淳厚專一、全力以赴的態(tài)度去追求崇高的志向。概括地說(shuō)就是要求我們每一個(gè)中加學(xué)生明辨是非、明白事理，明確對(duì)社會(huì)、國(guó)家、人民應(yīng)盡的義務(wù)與責(zé)任。要成為跨世紀(jì)的新型人才，必須樹(shù)立遠(yuǎn)大的志向和目標(biāo)，要具有堅(jiān)韌不拔的毅力和勇氣，為實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人理想和國(guó)家的繁榮富強(qiáng)奮斗不息。
The school motto "Wisdom, Virtue, Perseverance and Aspiration" originates from The Great Learning listed in The Four Books and The Five Classics, which says“ Great learning lies in clearly understanding wisdom and virtue, keeping close to the people, and pursuing perfection.”Virtue here covers world view, political view, and ideology. Wisdom and virtue are represented in acquiring and seeking their perfection in world view. “Perseverance and aspiration”means to pursue grandeur with undivided attention and dedication. To sum up, the school regulation demands that everyone in BCCSC make a clear distinction between right and wrong, acquire knowledge and make clear their obligation and responsibility to society, the nation, and its people. This, becomes the new-model for the 21st century, we must set up long-ranged aspirations and goals and strive for the prosperity and success of the nation with unceasing perseverance and courage.
三、學(xué)校?；眨–ollege Badge）
校徽以杏黃色方形為襯底，中間以楓葉和長(zhǎng)城拼合成的圖案構(gòu)成，象征著中加文化的交融。圖案部分為大紅色，下面CCSC是北京中加學(xué)校的英文縮寫。校徽包括3個(gè)U，代表著中外聯(lián)合的教育模式。
The college badge takes the yellow rectangle as the background.The red Maple Leaf and the Great Wall in the middle of the badgerepresents the blending of Chinese and Canadian cultures. CCSC is the abbreviation of the Concord College of Sino-Canada. The badge consists of 3Us, which stand for Chinese Education.
四、學(xué)校校旗（College Flag）
校旗呈長(zhǎng)方形，中間一段是杏黃色，上下兩段為深海藍(lán)色。校旗正中間是中加學(xué)校校徽。
The college flag is rectargular in shape.The middle part is yellow and the others are dark blue. The college badge is placed at the centre of the flag.
