　　近日，合肥市市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理局公布了2020年度全市食品安全監(jiān)督量化分級(jí)管理A級(jí)（優(yōu)秀等級(jí)）單位名單，并頒發(fā)榮譽(yù)證書，合肥高新中加學(xué)校獲此殊榮。

　　 Recently, the Hefei Municipal Administration for Market Regulation announced a list of “2020 Quantitative Grade A (Excellent) Companies on Food Safety in Catering Industries in Hefei”, and issued certificates of honor. Sino-Canada Concord School of Hefei High Tech Zone won this honor.

　　餐飲服務(wù)食品安全監(jiān)督量化分級(jí)是國(guó)家市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理總局為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)餐飲服務(wù)食品安全管理，提高餐飲服務(wù)食品安全監(jiān)管效能和水平，在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)推行的管理體系，分為優(yōu)秀、良好、一般三個(gè)等級(jí)，分別用A、B、C三個(gè)字母表示，A級(jí)即為最高評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí)。此次榮獲A級(jí)單位稱號(hào)是政府主管部門對(duì)我校餐飲管理工作的充分肯定和認(rèn)可。

　　The quantitative grade management on food safety in catering industries implemented by the National Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, which is to further strengthen management, improve the efficiency and level of catering service and food safety. The management system implemented nationwide is divided into excellent(A), good(B), and average(C). A-level is the highest. Winning the title of A-level shows that the government fully recognizes the catering management of our school.

　　多年來(lái)，學(xué)校一直高度重視食品安全工作，每天安排專人對(duì)食堂原料采購(gòu)、留樣、消殺等方面進(jìn)行檢查，督促經(jīng)營(yíng)方每學(xué)期開展餐飲從業(yè)人員食品安全知識(shí)培訓(xùn)，為在校師生提供健康、營(yíng)養(yǎng)、豐富的菜品，充分滿足全校中外方師生的飲食習(xí)慣。學(xué)校也將以此等級(jí)評(píng)定為新的起點(diǎn)，進(jìn)一步精細(xì)管理、提升服務(wù)，切實(shí)為全校師生的飲食健康保駕護(hù)航，為創(chuàng)建安全校園、文明校園工作夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。

　　Sino-Canada Concord School of Hefei High Tech Zone has always attached great importance to food safety. We assign specific person to inspect the food purchase, food retention and disinfection of cafeteria each semester. We also urge the operators to carry out food safety training, in order to provide healthy, nutritious, abundant dishes for our students and staff, fully satisfy the eating habits of Chinese and foreign students and staff. We will also regard this rating as a new starting point to further precision management and improve services standard. Effectively ensure the healthy diet of all the students and staff.
