Doing the best in the prevention of the spread ofcoronavirus infection inschools is an important dispositionof the Party Central Committee and the State Council. Also itis a strict requirement set by leaders at all levels.As well as that, It isto protect the safety and basicinterests of the people, especially teachers and students of the whole school.To this end, Tianjin MacDuffieschool carries out the following planwith a high sense of responsibility and missionto ensure the health and safety of teachers and students in the first place.
I. Deferring the opening of the new semester
With the approval of the state council, in order to strengthen the prevention and control of pneumonia caused by the new coronavirus, effectively reduce the number of people gathered, prevent the spread of the epidemic, and better protect people's lives and health, the Spring Festival holiday of 2020 will be extended.Tianjin MacDuffieSchool will postpone the start of the semester, and the specific time shall be notified by the Education Bureau separately.
II. Set up an epidemic prevention and control leading group as well as a working group

In accordance with the principle of solving special affairs with special measures,the leading group set up by the MacDuffieSchool is a special organization for a specificperiod of time and is fully responsible for the prevention and control of the epidemic in the school.
III. Prevention and Control Measures before the school starts
1.Grasptheepidemic situationaccurately.Alldepartments of Tianjin MacDuffieschool can send a detailed questionnaire throughwechat groupto accurately knowthestudents’travel path, timeof traveling,contact with relatives in the epidemic areaandthe recent health condition.
2.Staff in contact withpeople inthe epidemic area should be observed in isolation for 14 days.For staff families returning from places with high incidence of outbreaks such as Hubei province (including those who stopped there), they should be observedat home for14 daysbeforereturning to the school site. If there aresimilar symptoms, pleasego to the hospital for timely diagnosis and treatment.
3.Students in contact with infected families should be observed in isolation for 14 days.After January 14,2020, students and their families who have beenin contact with people from epidemic areasuch as Hubei province must be isolated for 14 days after returning to the city where the school is located.
4.Purchase ofanti-epidemicitems.As a measure of preventing the epidemic after school starts, the school has purchased anti-epidemic items including thermometers, thermometer guns, disinfectant hand sanitizer, alcohol disinfectant aerosol, N95 masks and so on, which are enough to be used for a month after school starts.
5.Strengthen campus management.The head of the administration is responsible for guiding the security guard to strictly manage the entrance and exit of the school. All entrants are subjected to temperature test and registration.
6.Organizeprofessional training.Before school starts, the medical department of the school is responsible for organizing the professional training forteaching and administrative staff on epidemic prevention,issuingan outline of epidemic prevention requirementsandimplementingepidemic reporting procedures and quarantine reporting requirements.
7.Campus disinfection and indoor ventilation.On the basis of the original daily cleaning, the school will increase the frequency of disinfection. Disinfectantand ultraviolet lampwill be used at a regular interval.There are three timesofcampus disinfectioneachday.The cleaning inspection will be strengthenedso that there is no missed corner on campus. 8.If the outbreak continues,the school will implement a planfor delaying the start and suspension of classes at the request of higher education authorities until the warning of the outbreak is lifted. Schools will also arrange online teaching or tutoring work according to the situation.
IV.Internet-based teaching from 10 February.
Due to the impact of the epidemic, it is regrettable that it is impossible to pass on knowledge to students in the form of face-to-face instruction. 大家鼠年快樂！在這樣?個(gè)充滿挑戰(zhàn)的時(shí)刻，我們祝您和家人一切安好。近日以來，冠狀病毒肺炎疫情在全中國范圍內(nèi)愈演愈烈，由于其高度傳染性以及人際傳播的特點(diǎn)，作為承載近萬名學(xué)子健康與教育重任的學(xué)校必須對此予以高度重視并提升應(yīng)對手段，以防護(hù)未來有可能面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
做好學(xué)校新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作，是黨中央國務(wù)院的重要部署，也是各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對我們的嚴(yán)格要求，更是保護(hù)廣大人民群眾特別是全校師生安全的根本利益之所在。為此，天津美達(dá)菲學(xué)校本著將師生健康和生命安全放在第一位的高度責(zé)任感與使命感，為及時(shí)有效的控制病毒傳播和流行，使防御工作有力、有序、有效開展，特別制定以下工作預(yù)案。
一、延期開學(xué)
國務(wù)院辦公廳于1月27日發(fā)布關(guān)于延長2020年春節(jié)假期的通知。經(jīng)國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)，為加強(qiáng)新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作，有效減少人員聚集，阻斷疫情傳播，更好保障人民群眾生命和身體健康，各學(xué)校延期開學(xué)。天津美達(dá)菲學(xué)校開學(xué)日期將根據(jù)天津教育局規(guī)定另行確定。
二、成立疫情防控領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組和疫情防控工作小組

本著專事專辦、特事特辦的原則，天津美達(dá)菲學(xué)校成立的疫情防控領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組為特殊時(shí)期的特殊組織，對校內(nèi)疫情防控工作全面負(fù)責(zé)，肩負(fù)著捍衛(wèi)校內(nèi)每一名教職員工和學(xué)生的生命安全之重任。
三、開學(xué)前疫情防控措施
1.精準(zhǔn)把控疫情。天津美達(dá)菲學(xué)校各學(xué)部可通過微信群下發(fā)詳細(xì)調(diào)查問卷，精準(zhǔn)把控學(xué)生外出旅游路徑，時(shí)間及有無與疫區(qū)相關(guān)親屬來往情況，特別是學(xué)生們近日身體健康狀況。
2.與疫區(qū)接觸教職工須隔離觀察14天。對于從湖北省等疫情高發(fā)地返回（含經(jīng)停）的教職員工家庭，返回學(xué)校所在地后須自行在家觀察14天，如有特殊體征須前往醫(yī)院及時(shí)診治，待身體狀況全面平穩(wěn)且持有醫(yī)院證明后方可返崗。
3.與疫區(qū)接觸學(xué)生家庭須隔離觀察14天。在2020年1月14日后，與去過湖北省等疫情高發(fā)地人員有過接觸的學(xué)生家庭，在返回學(xué)校所在城市后須隔離觀察14天。
4.購置防疫藥品。為做好開學(xué)后的防疫情況防御工作，各學(xué)校購置包括體溫計(jì)、體溫槍、消毒洗手液、酒精消毒氣霧劑、N95口罩等防疫物品，并確保其數(shù)量可供開學(xué)后一個(gè)月充足使用。
5.加強(qiáng)校區(qū)管理。主管行政校長負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)保安嚴(yán)格管理學(xué)校進(jìn)出大門，假期無校長指示同意，一律不準(zhǔn)進(jìn)校。所有進(jìn)校人員一律接受門衛(wèi)體溫檢測并登記。
6.做好專業(yè)培訓(xùn)。開學(xué)前由校醫(yī)務(wù)部門負(fù)責(zé)組織教職工防疫專業(yè)知識(shí)培訓(xùn)，下發(fā)防疫要求提綱，落實(shí)疫情報(bào)告程序及疫情隔離報(bào)告各突發(fā)環(huán)節(jié)要求。
7.做好校區(qū)消毒和室內(nèi)通風(fēng)。在原有每日清潔基礎(chǔ)上，增加消毒頻次，使用消毒液進(jìn)行校區(qū)噴灑，紫外線燈定期殺菌。每日早中晚三次校區(qū)全面消毒，加強(qiáng)衛(wèi)生巡視，做到校區(qū)消毒工作全方位無死角。每日定時(shí)開窗通風(fēng)，保證室內(nèi)空氣的有效流通。
8.若疫情持續(xù)爆發(fā)，學(xué)校將根據(jù)上級教育主管部門要求執(zhí)行延遲開學(xué)和停課方案，直到疫情警報(bào)解除。學(xué)校也會(huì)根據(jù)教學(xué)情況安排線上教學(xué)或輔導(dǎo)工作。
四、2月10日起采取網(wǎng)絡(luò)授課模式
由于疫情影響，非常遺憾無法通過面對面授課的形式向?qū)W生傳遞知識(shí)，為了保證所有學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)度同時(shí)延續(xù)天津美達(dá)菲學(xué)校一貫的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)教學(xué)質(zhì)量——我們將從2020年2月10日陸續(xù)開始采取在線的方式進(jìn)行授課，所有天津美達(dá)菲學(xué)生將在一段時(shí)期內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)移到新的在線教育平臺(tái)之內(nèi)，所有的學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃會(huì)按照已有的教學(xué)大綱進(jìn)行。具體在線授課相關(guān)具體安排請密切關(guān)注“天津美達(dá)菲學(xué)?！奔啊懊肋_(dá)菲中國”公眾號的相關(guān)發(fā)布內(nèi)容。
在目前這一特殊時(shí)期，更需要所有人凝聚起來。我們不僅應(yīng)把“疫情”視為危機(jī)，也可以將其視為由挑戰(zhàn)而產(chǎn)生的機(jī)遇，我們家校連心、團(tuán)結(jié)一心、萬眾同心抵御本次疫情，共同鑄就“校園”這道牢不可破的健康防線。
