　　The spring of 2020 came so differently, the outbreak of COVID-19 made everyone unexpected, and parents’ patience and passion has been consumed by the super-long winter holiday. 　　國內(nèi)疫情不斷平穩(wěn)，孩子們開學在即，依據(jù)上級主管部門的要求，煙臺耀華國際教育學校制定了近三十份開學預案及管理辦法，家長們比較關心的“出入校園” “校車” “應急處置”等，都有相應的方案出臺。 　　The domestic situation seems to be improving, and it’s highly likely for children to return to school in the coming weeks. In accordance with the requirements of the superior authorities, YWIES Yantai has formulated nearly 30 plans for school re-opening, including “in & out of school”, “school bus”, “l(fā)unch time”, those parents most concerns are all well organized therein. 　　為了檢驗學校制定的方案的有效性，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)方案中存在的不足，3月31日-4月1日，煙臺耀華在學校業(yè)務總經(jīng)理龍少華女士的帶領下，進行了為期兩天的應急預案演練。 　　In order to check the effectiveness of these plans and find out the deficiencies, YWIES Yantai conducted a two-day drill in terms of the re-open plan from March 31st to April 1st under the leadership of general manager Ms. Melody. 　　活動由校區(qū)非教學類員工全員參與，演練分為一日常規(guī)防控流程和突發(fā)疫情應急處置流程兩大主題。     All non-teaching and Non-academic staffs involved in the drill. It comprises two parts: routine prevention & control procedures and emergency response process. 　　一日常規(guī)防控流程包含入校、餐廳就餐、放學離校、校園消殺工作等。模擬學生在校各個場景，預設多種不同情況，確保學校疫情防控標準化、規(guī)范化；     The routine prevention & control procedures include in & out of school, lunch and sanitizing. Various scenes of students in the school were simulated, and a variety of different situations were preset, to ensure the epidemic control standardized and normalized.

　　入校 　　錯時、分流入校 　　紅外熱像儀+人工 　　“一查兩測”體溫 　　突發(fā)疫情應急處置流程演練模擬晨午檢、校車運行期間、晚自習、學生用餐等時間，發(fā)現(xiàn)學生身體不適，校區(qū)疫情防控工作組啟動預案、密切配合，進行體測異常情況處理、上報區(qū)疾控中心、先期專業(yè)隔離、消殺等多項內(nèi)容。     Emergency response process drill includes simulation of student found unwell during morning & noon check, school bus operation, evening self-study, and lunch time etc. The working group of the school activated the plan and cooperated closely to deal with abnormal situation, report to the regional health center for disease control, professionally quarantine and disinfect etc. 　　間隔兩米列隊登車 　　晨、午檢查驗體溫 發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時處理 　　實戰(zhàn)演練提高了校區(qū)疫情防控工作人員的應急水平和實戰(zhàn)能力，規(guī)范了應急事件的報告和處置流程，提升了應急指揮和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力。 　　Through the drill, the emergency response level and combat capability of the working staff were improved, the report and handling procedures for the contingency were standardized, and the command, organization and coordination ability was improved.

　　錯時錯峰用餐，進入餐廳測試體溫 　　九步洗手法 　　發(fā)燒人員 　　及時隔離 　　宿舍 　　晚檢 查驗體溫 　　及時消殺 　　實戰(zhàn)演練檢驗了開學預案的 　　科學性和可操作性， 　　接下來 　　學校還將對方案逐一優(yōu)化完善 　　確保開學各項準備工作萬無一失！ 　　The drill has verified the scientificity and operability of the plan. Next, we will continue to optimize and improve the plan to ensure everything on the safe side.
