　　突如其來的疫情讓所有人始料不及

　　家長(zhǎng)們的耐心與熱情

　　The spring of 2020 came so differently, the outbreak of COVID-19 made everyone unexpected, and parents’ patience and passion has been consumed by the super-long winter holiday.

　　國(guó)內(nèi)疫情不斷平穩(wěn)，孩子們開學(xué)在即，依據(jù)上級(jí)主管部門的要求，煙臺(tái)耀華國(guó)際教育學(xué)校制定了近三十份開學(xué)預(yù)案及管理辦法，家長(zhǎng)們比較關(guān)心的“出入校園” “校車” “應(yīng)急處置”等，都有相應(yīng)的方案出臺(tái)。

　　The domestic situation seems to be improving, and it’s highly likely for children to return to school in the coming weeks. In accordance with the requirements of the superior authorities, YWIES Yantai has formulated nearly 30 plans for school re-opening, including “in & out of school”, “school bus”, “l(fā)unch time”, those parents most concerns are all well organized therein.

　　為了檢驗(yàn)學(xué)校制定的方案的有效性，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)方案中存在的不足，3月31日-4月1日，煙臺(tái)耀華在學(xué)校業(yè)務(wù)總經(jīng)理龍少華女士的帶領(lǐng)下，進(jìn)行了為期兩天的應(yīng)急預(yù)案演練。

　　In order to check the effectiveness of these plans and find out the deficiencies, YWIES Yantai conducted a two-day drill in terms of the re-open plan from March 31st to April 1st under the leadership of general manager Ms. Melody.

　　活動(dòng)由校區(qū)非教學(xué)類員工全員參與，演練分為一日常規(guī)防控流程和突發(fā)疫情應(yīng)急處置流程兩大主題。

? ? All non-teaching and Non-academic staffs involved in the drill. It comprises two parts: routine prevention & control procedures and emergency response process.

　　一日常規(guī)防控流程包含入校、餐廳就餐、放學(xué)離校、校園消殺工作等。模擬學(xué)生在校各個(gè)場(chǎng)景，預(yù)設(shè)多種不同情況，確保學(xué)校疫情防控標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化；

? ? The routine prevention & control procedures include in & out of school, lunch and sanitizing. Various scenes of students in the school were simulated, and a variety of different situations were preset, to ensure the epidemic control standardized and normalized.

　　突發(fā)疫情應(yīng)急處置流程演練模擬晨午檢、校車運(yùn)行期間、晚自習(xí)、學(xué)生用餐等時(shí)間，發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生身體不適，校區(qū)疫情防控工作組啟動(dòng)預(yù)案、密切配合，進(jìn)行體測(cè)異常情況處理、上報(bào)區(qū)疾控中心、先期專業(yè)隔離、消殺等多項(xiàng)內(nèi)容。

? ? Emergency response process drill includes simulation of student found unwell during morning & noon check, school bus operation, evening self-study, and lunch time etc. The working group of the school activated the plan and cooperated closely to deal with abnormal situation, report to the regional health center for disease control, professionally quarantine and disinfect etc.

　　實(shí)戰(zhàn)演練提高了校區(qū)疫情防控工作人員的應(yīng)急水平和實(shí)戰(zhàn)能力，規(guī)范了應(yīng)急事件的報(bào)告和處置流程，提升了應(yīng)急指揮和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力。

　　Through the drill, the emergency response level and combat capability of the working staff were improved, the report and handling procedures for the contingency were standardized, and the command, organization and coordination ability was improved.
