臺風(fēng)“煙花”給上海帶來了多日的大風(fēng)天和雨天，我們這周的Concord+兩個營也根據(jù)政府發(fā)布的氣象預(yù)警做了及時的方案調(diào)整。原本在周一開營的棒球營調(diào)整至周二開始，場地也從室外換成了室內(nèi)。西岸設(shè)計營首日遇官方活動全館閉關(guān)，康德學(xué)子們享受到了難得的“包館”禮遇；館方也盡力為康德學(xué)生家長開通了綠色通道和指引了附件停車場，不少康德家長也配合了綠色出行。
所有這些迅速而悉心的調(diào)整安排，以及康德家長們的無條件理解和集體配合，得以在惡劣天氣中，我們依然能保障給到康德學(xué)子們安全、愉快和有質(zhì)量的夏令營時光。
The typhoon brought us a week with wind and rain, and two of our Concord+ Camps had to make quick reactions to this extreme weather to ensure the smooth running of the camps.
We also very much appreciate the support from our parents during this special week, so that our students could still enjoy a happy and fulfilling summer camp.
足球營
分層教學(xué)使我們迅速成長
于上周開展的5日足球營是本次Concord+夏令營系列中奔跑率最高、體能消耗最大的項(xiàng)目之一。與平日的足球俱樂部不同的是，這次的足球夏令營并沒有直接按照性別分成男足和女足。20多名學(xué)員按年齡和球齡被分成了初、中、高三個級別組，由幾名中國教練和一名德國主教練輪番授課。
Football Camp
Last week’s Football Camp was one of the most “tiring” of all camps. Different from football clubs, our camp did not separate the pupils by gender. Instead, the children were placed into three groups from the beginners to the advanced and instructed by one German coach and a Chinese coach.
這樣分組的好處顯而易見——在最短時間內(nèi)獲得有價值的針對性提高！因此，每一組的訓(xùn)練目標(biāo)和導(dǎo)向也是各有不同。
在初級組的訓(xùn)練環(huán)節(jié)中，教練們設(shè)置了如火烈鳥游戲、龍蝦捕食等趣味游戲，結(jié)合停球、運(yùn)球等動作學(xué)習(xí)，先陪養(yǎng)孩子們對足球的興趣，再慢慢進(jìn)階至直線帶球、急停等技術(shù)動作，讓孩子學(xué)會用腳控制住球。按照教練的說法：“讓足球聽話”是這個組別的主要目標(biāo)。
到了中級別組則以控球?yàn)榉较?，目?biāo)是讓球員在訓(xùn)練環(huán)節(jié)中更頻繁地觸球，讓每個孩子樂在其中，同時培養(yǎng)他們的合作意識，理解足球運(yùn)動的精髓。而高級組則會偏向更多技術(shù)上的講解，許多時間都會圍繞在細(xì)小動作而開展的教學(xué)，例如腳內(nèi)外側(cè)運(yùn)用、射門、支撐腳指向位置等。
It was obvious to see the progress of our pupils using this kind of instruction method, as each team had its own training target.
In the beginner’s group, the coaches set up a few games to let the children get interested in the sport and to make them get a feel for the ball. After some practices, they then moved forward to learning how to control the ball by foot.
The intermediate group mainly focused on controlling the ball. The pupils had chances to interact with the ball and understand the importance of teamwork as well as the spirit of football. As for the advanced group, the coaches introduced more theoretical skills to the children. Our pupils also practiced many fundamental movements.
在足球營的最后一天，孩子們一同與教練來了一場別開生面的對抗，23 vs 4 ! 伴著歐冠的入場音樂，一場大戰(zhàn)一觸即發(fā)。
經(jīng)過前幾天的分散訓(xùn)練，孩子們對于實(shí)戰(zhàn)的到來可謂是期待已久。起先在教練們領(lǐng)先3球的情況下，孩子們不慌不忙，頑強(qiáng)追平，充分發(fā)揮人海戰(zhàn)術(shù)，通過一輪又一輪的攻勢，將教練們徹底淹沒在了場上。隨著裁判的一聲哨響，比賽進(jìn)入了激烈的點(diǎn)球大戰(zhàn)！康德雙語的小球員隊(duì)罰中6球，而教練隊(duì)僅打入1球，小球員隊(duì)獲勝！
經(jīng)過學(xué)習(xí)了這些精心設(shè)計的課程，孩子們也逐漸領(lǐng)會到足球除了是一個團(tuán)體運(yùn)動，它還是一項(xiàng)對抗性運(yùn)動；除了是身體與身體的對抗，更是頭腦與頭腦的對抗。如何用策略以少戰(zhàn)多取勝，如何合理地處理和分配球，如何通過觀察對手站位帶球......這就是智力與體力的最完美組合。
Accompanied by the theme music of the Champions League, our 23 children were about to have an exciting game against their 4 coaches!
After days of practices, the children were very confident in their games. Although the coaches went 3 goals ahead, our pupils fully showed their determination and caught up with the coaches soon. In the penalty shoot-out, the SCBS pupils won the game 6:1!
After the camp, the children also realised that football requires more than team working; it is also a confrontational sport in which the athletes not only compete physically, but also need to know strategies to win the game.
時裝設(shè)計營
我的秀場 我做主
對于熱愛藝術(shù)的孩子們而言，為期三天的西岸美術(shù)館時裝設(shè)計營很難不令人心動。面對老師提出的“為什么會選擇參加這個夏令營”的問題，有好幾位同學(xué)都回答道：“我的夢想就是希望成為一位服裝設(shè)計師！” 在這三天精彩的營地時光中，相信他們已經(jīng)離自己的夢想更近一步了。
在第一天，小設(shè)計師們就進(jìn)行了一段“不一樣”的藝術(shù)之旅——適逢西岸美術(shù)館新展開幕，美術(shù)館對公眾閉館，但康德雙語的孩子們卻體驗(yàn)了“包場”參觀大熱的康定斯基展。面對這位二十世紀(jì)抽象藝術(shù)先驅(qū)的作品，許多大人可能都會感到“看不懂”，但康德雙語的小藝術(shù)研究員們卻在講解員老師的指引下能夠舉一反三，甚至在參觀結(jié)束后還想要繼續(xù)追問，希望能了解更多抽象藝術(shù)的知識。
Fashion Design Camp
The 3-day Fashion Design Camp was specially designed for children who love art. When answering the question “Why did you choose this camp”, many students said: “Because my dream is to be a fashion designer.” We believe that they all got much closer to their dreams after the camp!
On the first day, the pupils had a “unique” art experience— The West Bund Art Museum was closed to the public but opened to our SCBS pupils exclusively for the Kandinsky exhibition. Even many adults may find the work of this abstract pioneer too obscure to understand. However, our SCBS “art researchers” had many comments on each painting and asked for more information about this style of art.
參觀完二維的抽象畫作，大家又在“圖像的生息“展中體驗(yàn)到了色彩的無限奧妙：原來顏色可以通過疊加、分離展現(xiàn)不同的效果。有了這些理論學(xué)習(xí)之后，在接下來的”色彩幾何實(shí)驗(yàn)室“中，同學(xué)們再次梳理了康定斯基的創(chuàng)作邏輯和元素，并開始為自己的服裝打稿。這時大家發(fā)現(xiàn)，原來服裝設(shè)計可不是簡單地畫畫，還要考慮到衣服的輪廓和肌理。在一陣頭腦風(fēng)暴之后，大家都設(shè)計出了令自己滿意的稿件。
第二天，終于等到了同學(xué)們最期待的制作環(huán)節(jié)，在挑選了自己喜歡的各類面料之后，迫不及待地在人臺上開始了縫紉拼貼。然而變身為設(shè)計師的興奮感中，大家是否還會記得，做出來的衣服最后需要穿在自己身上呢？
After visiting the exhibition, the children also were taught the theory of colours. With this theoretical knowledge, our pupils then reviewed the design elements of Kandinsky in order to prepare sketching their own designs. They then found out that fashion design is much more difficult than drawing, as the designer had to consider the silhouette and texture of the cloth. After some brainstorming, everyone came up with a satisfying design.
On the second day, they children finally started to make their own clothes. Some pupils started to work on the dress form as soon as they got the materials. However, did they still remember that they need to fit into their clothes?
在同學(xué)們紛紛使用人臺比劃尺寸的時候，1G的Amy非常機(jī)智，表示希望讓老師幫忙把布料套在自己身上，按照自己的身形設(shè)計。在問到他為什么會有這種想法的時候，Amy說：“衣服做出來是要給人而不是人臺穿的，在家里我也會做衣服，都是用自己的身體量尺寸的?！?不由得令人想到，可可·香奈兒也是一位更喜歡在真人模特身上剪裁的設(shè)計師，而康德雙語小學(xué)部的孩子早已在小小年紀(jì)具備了這樣成熟的設(shè)計考量。
經(jīng)過了一整天的奮戰(zhàn)，13件各具特色的服裝均已完成，而這時孩子們也期待著觀眾們會對自己的設(shè)計作何評價。在最后的走秀彩排中，大家不僅豐富了自己的搭配，也找到了最適合自己風(fēng)格的定點(diǎn)造型。當(dāng)燈光亮起，一位位小設(shè)計師身著自己的得意之作走向舞臺時，在場的所有老師和家長們都驚呼：實(shí)在是太令人驚艷啦！
Amy from 1G was very smart to ask the teacher to put the fabric on her body. She said: “The clothes will be for myself but not the dress form. Sometimes I also make clothes at home, and I always use my body to measure the fabric.” This reminds people of the famous Coco Chanel, who also preferred to design on the human body, and we were surprised that our pupil already has such mature designing thinking.
After a day of hard work, all 13 students finished their creative costumes, and they were also looking forward to the audience’s reaction to their works. During the rehearsal, the children enriched their accessories and decided their poses. When the light was on and the designers walked on the stage, all of the teachers and parents were amazed and shouted: Bravo!
棒球營
頭腦的靈活>發(fā)達(dá)的四肢
棒球營是這次受臺風(fēng)影響最直接的一個營，時間和場地都因?yàn)樘鞖庾隽司o急的調(diào)整。還好，到了周三，臺風(fēng)漸漸遠(yuǎn)去，康德雙語的小學(xué)員們還是回歸了正常有序的訓(xùn)練日程。
相比其他起源于歐美的球類運(yùn)動，棒球在亞洲國家中的受歡迎程度頗高。在我們的鄰國日本和韓國，很多小朋友從小就打棒球，專業(yè)球隊(duì)甚至能超越西方國家，拿到過世界級比賽的冠軍。
正如本次Concord+棒球營的教練說：“棒球是一項(xiàng)動腦子的運(yùn)動。在棒球的世界里，靈活的大腦比發(fā)達(dá)的四肢更重要!”
Baseball Camp
The Baseball Camp was the one that was most directly affected by the typhoon. We quickly adjusted the time and venue because of the weather. Fortunately, on Wednesday, the weather started to get better, and our SCBS pupils returned to the scheduled training.
Compared with other ball games which originated in Europe and America, baseball is very popular in Asian countries. In countries like Japan and South Korea, many children start playing baseball at a very young age, and their teams can even win the world championship. One of the coaches of the camp said, "baseball is a sport in which the player needs to think. In the world of baseball, the brain is more important than your body! "
打棒球的人都知道，這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動的規(guī)則較為復(fù)雜，對人數(shù)和場地的要求也較高，這也是為什么直到近些年棒球才在中國的青少年群體中逐漸普及開來。一項(xiàng)體育的興盛必然離不開“大環(huán)境”的影響，這不僅牽涉到人力物力等外部條件，也依存于人們共同的精神追求和配合力。
傳球、接球、打棒等基本動作的訓(xùn)練一定是少不了的。第一天的棒球營因?yàn)榕R時場地是室內(nèi)的，所以大家卯足了勁兒練習(xí)基本功。在諸多訓(xùn)練中，最讓人期待的應(yīng)該就是打擊訓(xùn)練了。
The rules of baseball are quite complex, and the sport also has requirements for the number of people and venues. This is why baseball has not been very popular among Chinese teenagers until recent years. The popularity of a sport is inseparable from the influence of the society.
It was necessary to teach some basic movements such as taking a pass and hitting the bat. On the first day, because everyone moved indoor, all pupils worked hard on practicing basic skills.
不少孩子選擇來到棒球營，都是因?yàn)樵?jīng)為棒球比賽畫面中，那清脆的一聲——“砰”而心跳激動過，仿佛都能感受到身為一名“棒球英豪”，接受全場歡呼的巨大喜悅。但教練邊潑冷水，邊鼓勵道：“棒球的打擊被評為全世界最難的運(yùn)動動作之一，要想瞬間擊中快速移動中的球，必須從最基礎(chǔ)的T座打擊開始，練好了才能逐步升級打怪。”
不得不稱贊一句，我們康德雙語的棒球?qū)W員們真的很努力！2小時的打擊訓(xùn)練加上半小時的核心力量訓(xùn)練，所有人都堅(jiān)持到底。從站姿到握棒，再到揮棒，每個動作都做得一絲不茍。雖然大部分人都是第一次接觸棒球，但打擊的有模有樣，幾位學(xué)員漂亮的打擊，還引來了全場的陣陣喝彩！
有了第一天的良好開始，后面幾天的訓(xùn)練就是在與自己的體能博弈。正好東京奧運(yùn)會也在如火如荼地進(jìn)行中，有些小學(xué)員說：“在棒球營訓(xùn)練一天回到家都累癱了，但還是會和爸爸媽媽一起看看奧運(yùn)會。全世界這么多運(yùn)動員都在奮勇奪金，聽爸媽說，這些運(yùn)動員們在過去很長一段日子里天天堅(jiān)持運(yùn)動訓(xùn)練，真的很不容易，我想我也能堅(jiān)持下去！”
Many children chose the Baseball Camp because of the famous comic TOUCH. It seemed that they could feel the joy of being a "baseball hero" and receiving the cheers from the audience. But the coach put a dampener on their enthusiasm and reminded them that: "Baseball's attack is considered to be one of the most difficult sports movements in the world. If you want to focus the fast-moving ball quickly, you must start with the most basic posture for attack practice. Only after you practice well, you can then get ready for the real game."
And our SCBS students really worked hard. After 2 hours of strike training and half an hour for the core strength, everyone persisted to the end. Although it was the first time for many children to play baseball, they all managed to the hit and won the applause from the audience.
After a good start, the pupils improved their physical fitness. One pupil said: "I'm tired and exhausted after a day of training in the baseball camp, but I will still watch the Olympic Games with my parents. So many athletes all over the world are competing for gold medals. My parents say that it's really not easy for these athletes to adhere to their training every day. I think I can stick to it! "
2021年Concord+夏令營即將結(jié)束。營地中發(fā)生了許多有趣的故事，每個學(xué)員也收獲了自己的一份經(jīng)歷和體會。
