　　張銳先生19歲時便開始了職業(yè)指揮生涯，1978年以優(yōu)異的成績進(jìn)入上海音樂學(xué)院指揮系，成為我國合唱指揮泰斗馬革順教授文革后的第一個學(xué)生。張銳先生指揮過的交響樂團(tuán)遍及歐美，包括美國，意大利，俄國，奧地利，匈牙利，瑞典等國，藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域包括交響樂，歌劇，芭蕾舞劇，清唱劇，大合唱等，并同美國眾多重量級爵士音樂巨星進(jìn)行過合作。作為中國出生的指揮，張銳積極參與華人社團(tuán)的藝術(shù)活動，經(jīng)常為當(dāng)?shù)氐娜A人藝術(shù)節(jié)擔(dān)任藝術(shù)總監(jiān)及評委，并極力向國際推廣，宣傳，指揮華人作品，2012年還將海外的優(yōu)秀華人作品帶回國內(nèi)。2011年9月，張先生回到上海音樂學(xué)院指揮系任教。 　　上海開心麻花簽約導(dǎo)演，曾導(dǎo)演執(zhí)導(dǎo)《開心麻瓜》、《夏洛沒煩惱》、《中國有即興》，并成功上演于舞臺;長期擔(dān)任上海開心麻花創(chuàng)作中心即興團(tuán)隊“開心即興”導(dǎo)演及培訓(xùn)導(dǎo)師;參與并開辦“阿里巴巴-開心麻花即興公開課” ;長期受聘指導(dǎo)并擔(dān)任“詮釋拓展”-開心麻花首席培訓(xùn)師;具有非常豐富的戲劇經(jīng)驗，致力于將即興 Yes，And 的基本理念運(yùn)用到戲劇教育中，提高參與者的創(chuàng)造力、溝通力和協(xié)作能力。曾受邀參加市、區(qū)級政府戲劇活動評委工作，培養(yǎng)眾多優(yōu)秀戲劇人才，將一批批優(yōu)秀的小戲劇家們送上各大戲劇舞臺。 　　音樂不分年齡，可以陪伴孩子一生成長。上海帕丁頓雙語學(xué)校合唱校隊共有26名學(xué)生，均來自于本校小學(xué)部，在上海音樂學(xué)院余璐洋老師的指導(dǎo)下，參演中國大戲院粹弘《我的祖國母親》交響音樂會獲得一致好評，校隊5名同學(xué)也在第九屆上海小音樂家《我是未來星》展演活動中榮獲合唱組優(yōu)秀獎的佳績。 　　Music, regardless of age, can accompany children to grow up. Only by releasing your own nature and truly immersing yourself in it can you feel its charm, and only by touching yourself can you hit the soul of the audience. 　　帕丁頓戲劇校隊的同學(xué)們，校隊共十一名成員，由開心麻花陳思宇導(dǎo)演指導(dǎo)，雖人數(shù)不多，但在本次第一屆上海市中小學(xué)生戲劇節(jié)中，經(jīng)過重重選拔，帕丁頓校隊作為奉賢區(qū)唯一一所入選決賽的學(xué)校，榮獲優(yōu)秀演出團(tuán)隊獎，演員葉夢超獲得最佳男配角，演員范瑾萱獲得最佳女主角提名的殊榮。
