　　張銳先生19歲時(shí)便開(kāi)始了職業(yè)指揮生涯，1978年以優(yōu)異的成績(jī)進(jìn)入上海音樂(lè)學(xué)院指揮系，成為我國(guó)合唱指揮泰斗馬革順教授文革后的第一個(gè)學(xué)生。張銳先生指揮過(guò)的交響樂(lè)團(tuán)遍及歐美，包括美國(guó)，意大利，俄國(guó)，奧地利，匈牙利，瑞典等國(guó)，藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域包括交響樂(lè)，歌劇，芭蕾舞劇，清唱?jiǎng)?，大合唱等，并同美?guó)眾多重量級(jí)爵士音樂(lè)巨星進(jìn)行過(guò)合作。作為中國(guó)出生的指揮，張銳積極參與華人社團(tuán)的藝術(shù)活動(dòng)，經(jīng)常為當(dāng)?shù)氐娜A人藝術(shù)節(jié)擔(dān)任藝術(shù)總監(jiān)及評(píng)委，并極力向國(guó)際推廣，宣傳，指揮華人作品，2012年還將海外的優(yōu)秀華人作品帶回國(guó)內(nèi)。2011年9月，張先生回到上海音樂(lè)學(xué)院指揮系任教。

　　上海開(kāi)心麻花簽約導(dǎo)演，曾導(dǎo)演執(zhí)導(dǎo)《開(kāi)心麻瓜》、《夏洛沒(méi)煩惱》、《中國(guó)有即興》，并成功上演于舞臺(tái);長(zhǎng)期擔(dān)任上海開(kāi)心麻花創(chuàng)作中心即興團(tuán)隊(duì)“開(kāi)心即興”導(dǎo)演及培訓(xùn)導(dǎo)師;參與并開(kāi)辦“阿里巴巴-開(kāi)心麻花即興公開(kāi)課” ;長(zhǎng)期受聘指導(dǎo)并擔(dān)任“詮釋拓展”-開(kāi)心麻花首席培訓(xùn)師;具有非常豐富的戲劇經(jīng)驗(yàn)，致力于將即興 Yes，And 的基本理念運(yùn)用到戲劇教育中，提高參與者的創(chuàng)造力、溝通力和協(xié)作能力。曾受邀參加市、區(qū)級(jí)政府戲劇活動(dòng)評(píng)委工作，培養(yǎng)眾多優(yōu)秀戲劇人才，將一批批優(yōu)秀的小戲劇家們送上各大戲劇舞臺(tái)。

　　音樂(lè)不分年齡，可以陪伴孩子一生成長(zhǎng)。上海帕丁頓雙語(yǔ)學(xué)校合唱校隊(duì)共有26名學(xué)生，均來(lái)自于本校小學(xué)部，在上海音樂(lè)學(xué)院余璐洋老師的指導(dǎo)下，參演中國(guó)大戲院粹弘《我的祖國(guó)母親》交響音樂(lè)會(huì)獲得一致好評(píng)，校隊(duì)5名同學(xué)也在第九屆上海小音樂(lè)家《我是未來(lái)星》展演活動(dòng)中榮獲合唱組優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)的佳績(jī)。

　　Music, regardless of age, can accompany children to grow up. The Paddington Chorus School team has a total of 26 students, all of whom are from paddington primary school. Under the guidance of Yu Luyang from Shanghai Conservatory of Music, they participated in the symphony concerts of the Chinese Grand Theater and received unanimous praise. In the Ninth Shanghai Little Musician Performances, nine students from the school team won the excellent award.

　　上海音樂(lè)學(xué)院的張銳教授親自指導(dǎo)了《I AM A SMALL PART OF THE WORLD》這首歌，并對(duì)校隊(duì)的團(tuán)員給予了高度肯定。

　　戲劇，是一個(gè)釋放的舞臺(tái)，只有釋放自己的天性，真正將自己沉浸于其中才能感悟到它的魅力，也只有打動(dòng)了自己，才能直擊觀眾內(nèi)心的靈魂。

　　Drama is a stage for release. Only by releasing your own nature and truly immersing yourself in it can you feel its charm, and only by touching yourself can you hit the soul of the audience.

　　帕丁頓戲劇校隊(duì)的同學(xué)們，校隊(duì)共十一名成員，由開(kāi)心麻花陳思宇導(dǎo)演指導(dǎo)，雖人數(shù)不多，但在本次第一屆上海市中小學(xué)生戲劇節(jié)中，經(jīng)過(guò)重重選拔，帕丁頓校隊(duì)作為奉賢區(qū)唯一一所入選決賽的學(xué)校，榮獲優(yōu)秀演出團(tuán)隊(duì)獎(jiǎng)，演員葉夢(mèng)超獲得最佳男配角，演員范瑾萱獲得最佳女主角提名的殊榮。

　　There are eleven members of the drama school team, directed by Director Chen Siyu, and won the Outstanding Performance Team Award in the first Shanghai Drama Festival. Actor Ye Mengchao won the best supporting actor, and actor Fan Jinxuan won the nomination for best actress.

　　這場(chǎng)展演真是一場(chǎng)視覺(jué)和聽(tīng)覺(jué)的盛宴。合唱校隊(duì)的同學(xué)經(jīng)過(guò)一學(xué)期的學(xué)習(xí)，合唱校隊(duì)的同學(xué)們?cè)谝魷?zhǔn)、音色，音量，吐字等方面都有了很大的提高;戲劇校隊(duì)的同學(xué)們能在舞臺(tái)上大膽自信的表演，帕丁頓校隊(duì)的成長(zhǎng)離不開(kāi)各位校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師、家長(zhǎng)的支持。期待明年校隊(duì)的孩子們能學(xué)習(xí)到更多的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)，走向更大的舞臺(tái)。
