This webinar introduces the concept and methodology of Learning Communities; how they are implemented at our schools and in what ways can students benefit.The presentation will cover the definition, theory behind, impact, implementation and future of Learning Communities. There will be a Q&A session after the webinar.
2021-2022學(xué)年耀中耀華家校網(wǎng)絡(luò)研討會(huì)系列的第一講將探討“學(xué)習(xí)共同體”的概念和方法論，來自本機(jī)構(gòu)的教育專家將深入介紹“學(xué)習(xí)共同體”正如何在我們的學(xué)校實(shí)施，以及學(xué)生將如何從中獲益。

A veteran in education for over 25 years, Deborah’s expertise lies within the pedagogy of project & problem based learning. She was involved in the development of Learning Communities, the IB Pathways Programme and an English course specifically for IGCSE ESL learners. Now based in the UK, she co-ordinates learning opportunities between YCYW Somerset Cultural Centre and all Yew Chung Yew Wah schools alongside working on various projects for the Curriculum and Professional Development Division.
Deborah是一位擁有超過25年教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)的資深人士，專門研究基于項(xiàng)目和問題的教學(xué)方法。她參與開發(fā)了“學(xué)習(xí)共同體”、IB預(yù)備班課程及專為以英語(yǔ)作為第二語(yǔ)言的IGCSE學(xué)生開設(shè)的英文課。Deborah現(xiàn)居英國(guó)，負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)“耀中耀華薩默塞特文化中心”與各耀中耀華學(xué)校間的學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)，同時(shí)也為學(xué)校的課程與發(fā)展部開展各類項(xiàng)目。
