At the beginning of the new semester, teachers and students get together with great interest!
　　開學(xué)當(dāng)晚，中外新老師生互相做了介紹，外教老師用幽默的語(yǔ)言為同學(xué)們營(yíng)造出輕松的氛圍，也讓孩子們對(duì)老師在第一時(shí)間加深了解，無論中教外教，都是未來幾年陪伴孩子成長(zhǎng)的家庭成員。 　　On the night of the school open day, teachers and students from home and abroad introduced each other. The foreign teachers used humorous language to create a relaxed atmosphere for the students, and also let children have a deep understanding toward the teachers for the first time. Both chinese and foreign teachers are the family members who will accompany our children to grow up in the next few years. 　　師生見面會(huì)后，幾位同學(xué)代表與同學(xué)們分享了自己的暑期生活：有的同學(xué)參加了霍普金斯天才訓(xùn)練營(yíng)，分享了自己的收獲與心得；有的同學(xué)利用暑期背上行囊到國(guó)外旅行，了解了異鄉(xiāng)文化，開闊了視野，分享了旅途中的趣事；有的同學(xué)利用暑期行走鄉(xiāng)村，做志愿者，提升自己的責(zé)任意識(shí)……同學(xué)們認(rèn)真聆聽，不時(shí)也會(huì)提出自己想要了解的問題，臺(tái)上臺(tái)下歡樂互動(dòng)，啟發(fā)交流，大有裨益。 　　After the meeting of teachers and students, several students representatives shared their summer life with other students. Students listened carefully, from time to time also put forward their own questions, happy interaction on and off the stage, exchanging ideas with great benefit. 　　周一集會(huì)是本學(xué)年第一次集會(huì)， Kelsor老師鄭重介紹并歡迎新同學(xué)的加入！“沒有規(guī)矩不成方圓”，隨后認(rèn)真宣讀了學(xué)校的學(xué)生管理規(guī)定，向同學(xué)們介紹了正確的校服著裝，要求同學(xué)們嚴(yán)格遵守校規(guī)校紀(jì)，保障學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)順利完成。會(huì)上，教務(wù)丁老師向同學(xué)們介紹了學(xué)校自習(xí)課的相關(guān)規(guī)定并對(duì)同學(xué)們提出學(xué)習(xí)期望。學(xué)生會(huì)主席句卓軒在會(huì)上提出納新倡議，希望大家積極參加，并一一介紹了學(xué)生會(huì)成員！ 　　Monday's assembly was the first time of the school year. Mr Kelsor introduced and welcomed the new students. “Nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards”, then he read out the students’ management rules including the correct uniforms, asking students to strictly abide the school rules and regulations, to ensure the smooth completion of learning tasks. During the meeting, Ms Ding introduced the relevant provisions of self-study class to the students and put forward learning expectations to them. Mr.Ju Zhuoxuan, as the president of the Student Union, put forward the recruitment initiatives at the meeting, wish everyone to actively participate, and introduced the members of the Student Union one by one! 　　本周三下午威力塔斯社團(tuán)推薦會(huì)火熱進(jìn)行。本學(xué)期共有14個(gè)社團(tuán)：模聯(lián)、志愿者、街舞、茶藝、健身，樂隊(duì)、藝術(shù)、桌游等等，為了吸引更多的學(xué)生加入到自己的社團(tuán)，各主管中外教老師在這次推薦會(huì)中可謂八仙過海各顯神通，竭力展示自己的社團(tuán)文化和特色，以吸引同學(xué)們的關(guān)注。同學(xué)們有了之前的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，大多數(shù)都能很快確定自己的專業(yè)興趣，也有的同學(xué)來回踱步，因?yàn)楦信d趣的社團(tuán)真的是太多了，很難抉擇?？吹嚼蠋焸冞@么賣力的推薦，真的像一場(chǎng)精彩的“百團(tuán)大戰(zhàn)”！ 　　On Wednesday afternoon, Veritas club recommendation meeting was held with great enthusiasm. Such a hard recommendation, it was really like a wonderful “Hundred-Regiment Campaign”! 　　新學(xué)年第一次導(dǎo)師談話按照慣例于本周四順利開展，導(dǎo)師制的目的是讓外教導(dǎo)師和同學(xué)們通過交流溝通，互相了解，幫助同學(xué)們解決青春期遇到的成長(zhǎng)及生活學(xué)習(xí)各方面的困惑和問題。同學(xué)們不愿意跟父母講的話題會(huì)和外教導(dǎo)師分享，導(dǎo)師制為孩子們的成長(zhǎng)保駕護(hù)航！ 　　The first mentor-mentee conversation of the new academic year was carried out smoothly on Thursday evening as usual. The purpose of the mentor-mentee system is making the foreign teachers and students communicate with each other, knowing each other,very well and helpping students to solve the problems on study and growth, life and learning. Students are not willing to talk with their parents about some topics which will be shared with foreign teachers, so that mentor-mentee system will escort children’s growth! 　　本周所有學(xué)科都步入正軌，課堂上多元化的課桌擺放，教師多元化的授課方式一直是我校的特色之一，來感受下我們的課堂吧！ 　　All subjects are on the right track this week.
