We need electricity every day. How does electricity come from? A wisp of wind, a glass of water, can turn a generator on. In Mr. Alfonso's robotics class, little mechanics come into play one after another, and they explore seriously about the mechanical world full of curiosity. As an end of the robotics course, students have built a "drawbot" by using recycled materials and electric energy.

In Dr. Sabate's coding class, with basic knowledge and concepts taught in the class, students are able to create their own interactive games and animations. They play their way through the games created by themselves with a passion for creativity. How to get gems in the game? Design a game of my own, and the big BOSS will listen to me!
After the students have a good grip in basic knowledge in Dr. Sabate’s robotics class, our students have the opportunity to build several mechanical robots, understand their functionality and troubleshoot them when necessary.In math class, students apply what they learned by creating a budget. How to run a successful pizza shop? The limited budget should be rationally arranged to maximize profits. Little actuaries come into play one after another. Here, boring and heavy exercise books are past tense, students do cost accounting in their little pizza shop, and math becomes their way to success in the business war.

How is the colorful world painted? Any painting can be broken down into simple geometric figures; the colorful world turns out to be made up of three primary colors, red, yellow and blue. In Ms. Morgan's art class, students become little painters again, modifying and combining geometric figures at will, and blending the three primary colors into their own favorite colors. A beautiful world appears accordingly!
How is a master forged? In the first Visual Arts course that CISS summer camp offers, students learn the properties of primary and secondary colors using finger paint. They then explore composition and space through the work of Henri Matisse. Students learn how to stitch and build their own sketchbook, which they then use to explore drawing techniques that DaVinci used hundreds of years ago, as well as modern day watercolor techniques.

This is the CISS International Club fun summer camp. On July 30, at the closing ceremony of phase 2 of the fourth all-English summer camp of CISS International Club, students talked about the knowledge they had mastered and the happiness they had gained in the past two weeks.

Established in 2019, CISS International Club provides students with a variety of extracurricular activities. All courses are designed and taught by CISS senior teachers, aiming to complement and extend the IB programs, and provide students with more opportunities to learn their specialties and practice in society. The courses are well received by students and parents, and have become a major brand of CISS. It not only helps to improve students' ability, but also expands the influence of CISS in foreign institutions and foreigners in Shenyang and Liaoning, attracting more students to study in the school.
This year's CISS International Club English summer camp starts from July 5, and is divided into two phases. Students are provided with colorful courses such as art, programming, math, English, PE, robotics and so on.
