戴口罩前用含酒精成分的免洗洗手液清潔手或用肥皂和清水洗手。
用口罩遮蓋口鼻并系牢，確保面部與口罩之間無空隙。
在佩戴過程中避免觸摸口罩；如果觸摸了口罩，要用含酒精成分的免洗洗手液清潔手或用肥皂和清水洗手。
如果口罩變得潮濕，應(yīng)立即換上新口罩。不要重復(fù)使用一次性口罩。
取下口罩：手不要觸摸口罩面，通過兩端線繩取下口罩，立即將其丟進(jìn)封閉的垃圾桶，并用含酒精成分的免洗洗手液清潔手或用肥皂和清水洗手。

How to put on, use, take off and dispose of a mask
Before putting on a mask, clean hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
Cover mouth and nose with mask and make sure there are no gaps between your face and the mask.
Avoid touching the mask while using it; if you do, clean your hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
Replace the mask with a new one as soon as it is damp and do not re-use single-use masks.
To remove the mask: remove it from behind (do not touch the front of mask); discard immediately in a closed bin; clean hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
