CISK辯論隊為昆山加拿大國際學校再獲聯(lián)賽冠軍！

On 27 and 28 March the CISK debate team took part in the NHSDLC Suzhou Regional Tournament and won First Place School.
The contest was held in Xinghai Expiramental School in Suzhou Industrial Park and was attended by over 70 teams from all over China, with teams traveling from as far as Guangdong and Beijing.
3月27日至3月28日，CISK辯論隊參加了由NHSDLC舉辦的2021年春季地區(qū)賽，在蘇州區(qū)的賽事中獲得了學校排名第一的榮譽。
*NHSDLC即美式辯論聯(lián)賽，目前是國內(nèi)最具規(guī)模的外語辯論聯(lián)賽之一。
此次辯論賽在蘇州工業(yè)區(qū)星海實驗中學舉行，來自全國70多支隊伍參加了這場比賽，參賽的學校遠至廣東及北京。
CISK students exceeded expectations with all of our teams finishing in top positions qualifying for the National Championships.
CISK had the youngest students in the contests with Cherry, Owen and Sarah in grade 6 in the Middle School division and Joshua from grade 9 in the Open Division.
昆山加拿大國際學校學生的表現(xiàn)是超出預期的，CISK所有參賽隊伍都獲得了有資格進入全國聯(lián)賽的最好名次。
CISK辯論隊擁有這場比賽中年齡最小的選手，他們是中學部六年級的Cherry、Owen和Sarah。九年級的Joshua也是公開組中年齡最小的學生。

In addition to winning many awards for both the school and themselves, the students have learnt and improved many skills including communication, public speaking, research, critical thinking, and investigation skills.
Debate contests are a great way for our students to demonstrate IB Learner Profiles as students becoming better thinkers, communicators and risk takers. ??
在為CISK與自身贏得獎項外，我們的學生還磨煉并提升了許多技能，包括溝通、公開演講、研究、批判性思維以及調(diào)查技能。
辯論賽是我們的學生展示IB學習者品質(zhì)的一種好方式，學生將因此成為更好的思想者、溝通者與冒險者。
