煙花三月后，人間四月天！走過一個疫情肆虐的“嚴(yán)冬”，是無數(shù)逆行者為我們守護希望的燈火；迎來一個春暖花開的四月，是偉大的祖國為我們撐起晴暖的天宇！

　　為引導(dǎo)西北師大附中國際班師生見證歷史、見證成長，感懷英雄、感恩付出，感悟人性之美、感受自然之美，展示國際班師生藝術(shù)素養(yǎng)和才華，西北師大附中國際部于2020年4月舉辦了“同心共望春意暖，你是人間四月天——國際班師生“抗疫”主題作品展評活動。活動得到了國際班師生的積極響應(yīng)，我們收到了書法、繪畫、攝影、文學(xué)創(chuàng)作等類型的藝術(shù)作品近百件，現(xiàn)分兩期推送其中的優(yōu)秀作品。本期首先推送教師作品。

　?。ㄒ咔樵谑澜绶秶?，特撰稿一篇，致敬英雄的醫(yī)護人員、勸誡大家改變生活方式、敬畏自然、追求美好未來）

? ? This winter or last winter, at the very mention of the winter, the season lasting too long as if it were a winter of north or south pole, an attempt to make a determined farewell to it turns out to be unrealistic, though it is a collective hope. This winter has witnessed the might and will of Mother Nature who has locked us indoors and staying indoors is a new normal, gnawing but illuminating. As a whole, we have been fighting against the sweeping pandemic; as an individual, we ride a pendulum swinging between hope and despair, hopes for the safety of the rescuers and for the good health of compatriots who suffer and sacrifice a lot, and despair for our fatal lack of reverence for Nature. But nature has lavished its abundance and fertility on us and we have been insatiable. Then when will we ready ourselves for a crisply clear and objective prospect for days to come in which nature will be taken good care of and we, as a part of the earth, could exercise outside, if inside, not by constraint but by our own choice?

　　Yes, we have our own magic or panacea to ease our tensions indoors: a man confined at home ran 50km around his living room while a couple quarantined on a ship kept a good mood by getting a drone to deliver wine to their cabin.

　　What if the aftermath will be there like a cigarette end, half dead and half hanging on the tipping point?

　　A day in 2005, a friend of mine called me that he was quarantined for a week in a lung hospital, feeling choked, and I asked what happened to him and wanted to pay him a visit. He said it was forbidden and that he screamed, “I hated the pollution here!”

　　He glared at walls in that hospital, lonely and glimpsed the future. (the one we probably are facing now)

　　For those selfless warriors, their devotion, sacrifice and resolve could only be honored by our change of mind, attitude and behaviors!

　　We change right now and we will embrace a different future.
